I bought a 2013 Dart Limited with the 1.4 and I am in love. It has all of the fun crackling exhaust sounds and turbo noises, a fantastic interior, great ride, and aggressive styling. I absolutely love mine. (I used to drive a 1974 Nova that I restored as my daily so this is MILES different)
This was a 2013 year model. The 1.4 is now only available in the Areo.. Now that is has been confirmed, 2016-2017, Dodge will be offering a SRT version... AWD and HO turbo motor..
how come the 2014 model of the rallye has the multi air turbo option, when i visited my dealer they said the aero is the only one that has the multi air turbo option available?
I like the drive of the Dart and would say it is close to the drive of a 2014 Mazda 3 but the dash is really plastic and plain other then that I would like to see more people give it a chance as it is a good car but the outside look is what I think is driving people to other sub compacts with better styling.
I'm not a 4 cylinder engine type of guy, in fact, I much more prefer a good V8, and certain V6 engines, but I will say, I expect to be taking a big look at buying the 2015 Dart SRT-4 that's going to be released. It's said to be competing with the Subaru WRX STi.

Like any other review of a new car, it's initial quality. Yes, it's a nice looking car etc etc....but tell me about this model of a car 3-5 yrs down the road....long term reliability. The last Dodge product I owned was the worst car I ever had. Hopefully things have improved.
The name does not fit this car. In spite of what the cheerleader had to say about the dash I found it to be mundane and utilitarian. What really makes this car shine is the body styling, more so on the back end than the front, but an overall very attractive car. Like any new car I want to give it a year or two out to see how they hit the used market. I'm predicting this model will depriciate quickly inspite of its overall good value.
The 1.4 liter turbo is a joke! and the 2.0 is BARELY OK. This puppy is a slug. The young guys around here hate this car, no street cred at all. I am a mopar guy thru and thru but I'll pass on this thing. A V6? Turbo 2.4? AWD? TWO DOOR!! then.........
First of all, they do come w/ a 2.4L Tigershark motor. Secondly, Dodge had a Dart GTS concept car that they show cased recently. There's a video of it from 'The Fast Lane' guys on here.
"A high quality cabin, looks like it came from a more expensive car" cheap plastic over the complete dash and center controls, is this your high quality cabin? haha, ummmm sorry but no.
I get somewhat bummed out over the fact that it seems like Americans have become such inept stumble bums that we've turned design and engineering over to the rest of the world whereby whenever an appealing car comes along we nearly always hear about its so-called "wonderful foreign influences," as in the case with this sweet Dart. Seriously, America (along with Germany) brought autos to the rest of the world, not Italy or Japan or Korea ... so let's get some pride back and take back our heritage and create cars that are the best in the world! *stepping off soapbox* And a good Review, btw!:-)
First Dodge ever. So far I'm in love with this car.

James Hurt Dart was Discontinued in 2016. Never made it to the SRT. SERIOUSLY underpowered the Dart was :(
Does the 2014 SE model come with racetrack tail lights?

The 2.4L engine has multi air too, though I believe it's not turbo.
Its not a turbo
This is actually a 2013.. That combo is no longer optional,, neither is the seat storage
The 2014 still has the Rallye. It's an optional package on the SXT model.
The rallye has always been an sxt model.

Nice presentation. Thank you.
If it is the best Dodge compact yet, I want 340,000+ out of my new one since that is what my old '98 Neon did for me! :) So far though, LOVE IT!
It has a mobile hot spot too!
For $400-$500
Anyone else guessed Brad Keselowski was doing the review at first?

It looks like a Fiat Bravo, I want it !!!

Can you believe that used to be a muscle car?.....

Mopar is the past. The present is Fix It Again Tony.

I bought a dart, it doesn't have a touchscreen :(

2014 Civic > 2014 Dart
Car connection disagrees, and they know what they're talking about.
