This healing frequency session has been designed to help you cut the cord from a loved one or toxic tie that is causing you harm. I thought I was....then suddenly my mother called and I explained to her that I am having eye surgery next month, and she was like, Oh Good, you can come visit me til then and I was like WTF? No. My husband does NOT like her. I won't go into the history. So now, am reconsidering having my husband and I move out of the state and back to Las Vegas where we used to live. That's pretty bad.
They probably meant lovers' attachments in this and previous lifetimes when they called them 'loved ones', as in toxic kind of way loved ones.... Otherwise nobody sure wants to get rid of the people they love... I may be wrong

I played this after a friend who turned out to be a wolf in sheep’s clothing, switched up on me and I felt a tightness in my chest and something trying to exit out my back between my shoulder blades. I took a pair of scissors and symbolically cut the cord in series of 3s.

Do not be scared and say these things to yourself! That's what gives it power. So stand in your own power and affirm " I am Safe" " I call back my power to me" " I will not allow you to harm me" " I release this negative energy that is not mine to carry"
Continue listening to these cord cuttings and spirit attachment removal. Cronecastattherisingmoon has a 6 minute video for releasing attachments for the heart chakra that is good. You may feel uncomfortable at first but then you'll start to feel better. Continue listening and remember to use the protective frequencies as well.
Bath or shower with sea salt
Use affirmations such as:
I am safe. I am protected.
I choose. I decide.
My mind. My body. My heart. My soul. My energy. My power.
Grounding. Walk in the grass. Mow the yard. Tend to flowers, animals, etc.
Clean up your diet the best you can.
You may experience uncomfortable sensations or thoughts but keep going. Keep affirming. The more you stand in your power, the stronger you become. Shadow work and self love/acceptance helps keep your being from being targeted or like a magnet for these things. It takes time but persevere.
Speaking from experience and understanding how frustrating it is when you don't have the financial means to get help.

I thought that he was my twin flame because of the beatifull meeting but now I'm doubtfull and either there is some people sabotaging the connection or my twin flames personality is ascew or he has been in some really weird shit. My reality has been very strange since I met him and there are many parts of that that I don't like. He is employed in advertising so he should be able to get his message through to me but maybe that's the problem. I am not a very surface level person so I could only know if he was a man for me if I saw him again. I don't like ads. Other than that I find the twin flame concept fraudy. A connection is a connection. The sibling thing is strange. I dont believe that a person in a divine connection should hurt you in that way. That is very wrong. I would respect him as a socially and kind leader but ads kind of bores me. And then there is his whole Donald Draper from Mad Men image. Come on, its the women, Peggy Olsson that is, in that serie that carries the story not the traumatized main caracter.
