Hello, I own TWO adventure 5m pros and can’t print TPU on either of them. The filament just slips inside the extruder gears. The only way I can get either one to print TPU is if I hand feed the filament into the Bowden tube myself and help it along.. any slight tension on TPU filament instantly causes it to slip in thr extruder and not come out. I need help!
PS. I have printed every other common type of filament with out issues with my machines. Even carbon fiber and nylon.. so what am I doing wrong with TPU?
Same here, it loads just fine and starts out the print fine too, but after the first few layers it clogs and stops working entirely, maybe need to change some retraction settings or something
@@flashforge3d It would be great for a public response, I'm thinking about trying TPU and any information about possible issues would be beneficial to me rather than having to email your team when it could be advised here, I own the 5M and very happy at the moment, though I'll not be buying any TPU just yet.
Hi, we don't have the exact STL file on hand, but you can search for similar flexible hose models on various 3D model websites. There are plenty of great options out there for TPU printing. Happy printing!

Hi, which brand of filament is it? If it can't be loaded in, you can use a tool to squeeze the old filament out and then load the TPU 95A. It may be that the old filament is stuck in the nozzle. The TPU 95A is too soft and cannot be pushed.

the settings for TPU were not in flashprint 5.8.3 .... cmon you have them for my Dreamer NX

TPU on a Bowden system sounds like a gamble to me.
We have printed models with TPU and they are good.

Hi, I'm not sure about the exact speed settings I used, but you can try printing TPU at a slower speed for better results.
