so easy, unlike german where a feminine word that uses die can use a masculine der depending on whether it's nominative, dative, etc, etc. etc. then you have the der, das, den.... and these can be masculine, neuter, plural, or whatever you can get away with. but bottom line, gender in languages like french and german is still a thing, and something that will be slow in phasing out.

Hello there, 'practise' is used as a verb and 'practice' as a noun here in England so there is nothing wrong with the way we use the 2 words. The phrase 'practise your French' is correct as we use it as a verb and not a noun.. In America the spelling is different. Many thanks. Alexa
