It's been mention a few times that the lyrics I quoted through the video are incorrect. That is entirely possible. Usually Skynd videos have the lyrics written underneath, but in this case there were none at the time of release, so I searched the web and found them on varying sites, all written the same way. I can only imagine that if they are indeed incorrect, then they were written by ear by a fan and possibly mildly misquoted. So i do apologize for the fact that i may have imparted incorrect information regarding the track, but at the time, I had no idea that the lyrics could have possibly been wrong.
Their music is absolutely amazing! The heavy shit is awesome, and while the lyrics are simple, they're still enjoyable and you can tell what's going on and exactly what they're talking about. The videos are some of my favourites. One of the things I love the most is the deep, creepy voice. It gives me chills every time. I read true crime shit all the time, so it's a plus for sure since I know who they are singing about. Gary Heidnik has been stuck in my head for months haha
just realized at the end he mouthed "why the fck not" which is what the real tyler said to his dad before killing him too and his dad repeated it as he struck him but in a question "why the fck not?" Eerie!
Same here! Huge korn fan and Jonathan Davis fan! So clicked instantly. At 1st thinking it was a new song Jonathan did not realizing I was finding an unique awesome band such as skynd! Love skynd now awesome band!!!!!

ive worked in the haunt industry for 20 years this year... i love what they do and this song i sooo damn good...all their shit is on point...great story translation into a powerful form ...
Skynd's Facebook confirmed a week ago there will be a Kathrine Knight video at some point. Definitely check it when it comes out, the best way I can describe it is a fucked up love song. I think you'll like it, she really utilizes her real voice in the final chorus, kinda reminded me a little of Amy Lee from Evanescence.

I was wondering when you'd review this one. Are you sure the lyric is that's not funny? to me I hear GANGSTA BOOGIE. that's not funny makes more sense though. I love everything they've done so far and hoping they tour America soon.
As I said on a previous comment, i'm not sure if the lyrics are 100% accurate. On most of their previous videos Skynd have posted the lyrics below the video, but not for this one, so it's entirely possible that the ones I found were written by ear, and very possibly slightly misquoted, I can't be totally sure. Rest assured as soon as they release the video for their next track "Katherine Knight" I shall be reviewing that one also.
I enjoy your reacts, and I can't wait for you to do one for Katherine Knight. I'm just waiting for the videos for that one, they have a great taste for aesthetics. However, I'm not too sure I like the song. They have changes in music tone that don't work well together (to me). I really enjoyed the parts separately, but together, not so much. Once I was getting into that slow vibe they were doing, they switched it toward the end to something, again, completely different to finish. I also liked the tone they were doing with that section, but, like the rest of the beginning parts, the transition felt forced. Meh, can't win them all.

I saw them live a few months ago, opening for Babymetal (talk about contrasting styles). They were awesome, as I knew they would be.
