The focal length and depth of field of the human iris is often way different than most lens. Lens choice is always a compromise between how much you want to film, what you want to keep in focus, the quality of the shot, other things. Also sometimes for phones, you just work w what you have

It was a slower fall than I was expecting as well, but I think that actually adds to the intensity. The height was so tall that the slow start gave time for the intensity to build.

@@AntonFomenko Im pretty certain you already know this but its your head that is stopping that boards momentum (just establishing a basis). Even if its not slapping you when you hit bottom your head is still carrying that force. Do the boxes above your head displace some of that too? I am genuinely curious. Ive seen you do these stunts for a couple years now and this trick of the trade escapes me entirely. I know if I was in your shoes I would have brain damage!!!

That is an insane and done in a way that’s just cool. Idk if the lower ones absorb much of the impact, but you seem to only go through 2 boxes so half as many would make it look more deadly if that’s the goal. Maybe a thick mat underneath the 2-3 boxes

That's the importance of lens choice and camera angle/position to sell stunts in their best light.
