Hey man, glad to see you are still out there doing your thing. I was a big fan during your mountain men days. I'm glad to see Margaret is still around and you guys seem to be doing well. Anyway stay safe and enjoy your freedom. Happy Trails and you 2 have a great time.
@morganbeasley Man I'm sorry to hear that , I really enjoyed your content on the show and I remember when you first started the show when you first headed for your land. Hell just seeing how far out you were,I was very surprised to see that you were able to get someone to stay with you, so even if it stings now, you where pretty lucky while it lasted. How about making a comeback on the show? Anyway stay healthy and good luck out there. Happy New Year.
This is such a fantastic video- I shared it with my advanced science students (in Florida) during our unit of study on weather conditions around the world!
New subscriber also signed up for newsletter-watching you fly brings back happy memories of my life in Southeast AK. We had our own plane and boat, fishing and hunting. Living off grid in the Ozark’s currently and looking at property in Alaska again. So glad you folks have made a nice life for yourselves in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Looking forward to following your adventures on this channel!

From the lower 48 but still within 20 minutes from the Rockies, an hour from the divide. I'll bet, those last ten miles; seem to be the longest. Stay safe out there!
Hello Morgan. My wife and I are enjoying your story on History Channel via HULU and Prime Video. Please tell us how you went from walking in by yourself and then appeared with horses and all sorts of gear. Did you walk out and return via plane? How did you get the horses to the homestead? Best wishes. JC UPDate: I just found your web site. That clears everything up. Thank you.
Nice views of part of your life Thanks, but where are the large majestic clouds? Seeing those pitiful blotches I half expect to see a jet pass by with a thousand foot trail. Life is good though enjoyed the whole video, and it was really good to see you again. Love, knowledge, understanding, and wisdom in Christ forever do we stand
I use redundant satellite trackers since there is always a question of whether I will be able to close the flight plan. Class G Requirements: Uncontrolled, you do not need to contact ATC to enter or land in Class G airspace. There are no specific equipment requirements. Basic VFR minimums apply, which are 1sm visibility and Clear of Clouds (don't fly your airplane into a cloud or let it touch a cloud)

This dude walks up on somebody's property and steals all their traps and gear out of their storage.. that really made me not like this dude at all. I mean come on, the shit was new looking with no wear or rust and automatically, because noones there, takes all their shit, wtf?! That's not the country boy way!
Those traps were on public land, part of along abandoned hunting camp. I know the folks and even had them over for tea some years later. It's all god, I have no idea how the show presented it.
Amazing! Thank you for sharing a piece of your beautiful world with us.
That's truly beautiful. Thanks for taking us along on the ride 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks!
Thank You!

Actually Margaret left almost two years ago, but we are still friends and she still helps out from time to time.

@@morganbeasley Good video beautiful mountains better then clouds covering the scenery see you soon Brother
Just curious, when flying in the Bush, do you make a VFR flight plan, or have to contact any air traffic control? I'm assuming not.
I use redundant satellite trackers since there is always a question of whether I will be able to close the flight plan.
