Well, for me the best one is lombank. I use terrorbyte for cargo warehouse so office location doesnt matter that much to me. I use the office to chill, and lombank is the best for this with its amazing view and remote location.
During the last discount I switched from Arcadius to Maze Bank, and within 1 hour I switched back. Lost a ton of money - that's how horrible the Maze Bank building is.

I have maize bank tower, but I don’t like having to whip around the middle divider every time, so I think I’ll switch to Lombank West. (Have a yacht on the water, anyways.)
Very good video and analysis. I've been playing this game since 2017 and for years I used Lombank. The view is truly gorgeous but the car spawning gets really annoying, also when you leave the office with a car inside your office garage , during winter season it's really annoying because of the snow screwing up the garage exit because it's on such a deep incline. It's maybe not that big of a deal for controller users since they can use traction controller better ,but for m&k is a huge issue. Also to be honest the building is a little mid for my taste. Arcadius , where I've moved since 2020 on the other hand has much better car spawning ,great garage access and the building looks simply amazing standing out with it's architecture. Yes the view is somewhat scuffed but if you own the custom auto shop inside the office it's almost as good as Lombank since it faces the beach. Maze Tower is just used for flex, doesnt excel at anything, except maybe if you exit the office via a Pegasus helicopter & Maze West is just too basic.

Honestly you’re analysis was just as useful haha I’ve never moved my office but each of my friends had the other 3 and I always found Arcadius the best from the outside, plus the underground garage. The area around lombank just made me happy lmfaoo but when I learned about the issues with lombank I started leaning arcadius. The view from the office isn’t great, but when you include garages & custom shop it changes things. Never truly considered maze tower and obviously maze west is as basic as it gets. But I had no idea about the about the steepness of the lombank garage exit, especially with the snow! Really appreciate the input 🙏
No problem, sorry if I ranted a little bit, that happens when I get passionate about the things that I enjoy. Yeah the Lombank ramp is a huge issue only for those 2-3 weeks of snow , otherwise it's kinda fine, I just prefer flat surfaces and the underground Arcadius garage is perfect for that,even better vs griefers in public lobbies. In the end of the day the offices don't really matter that much if you have a Terrorbyte or an Arcade with Master Control Terminal.
If you have criminal starter pack you can get west maze bank tower for free and become a CEO I redeemed it today I know that I'm going to make millions of the bunker the CEO and the motorcycle bike gang club
