I wanted to make my own stromboli..so after watching a few videos of others I came across this gentleman..as soon as I heard him speak, I said oh yes I want make what he's making for sure. So glad I found this channel. Love his accent as well. Can't wait to watch his other videos!!
Pasquale, my wife and I LOVE to watch your cooking videos. I am 100% Italian like you, and my family came to America from Naples. My Grandmother, Mother and my Mothers sisters cooked like you... everyday! You make many of the same dishes, although there cooking was a bit heavier, and they used a bit more spices, but your style is very close theirs. They made "everything" from scratch including all of the pasta and sauces. They are all gone now... but you remind me of my family of my youth so much. I made this for supper today. As I transferred it to an iron pizza pan... I dropped it! Fortunately, I was able to catch it about six inches into the fall and it only needed minor repair. The final result was very good! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
I like how he kepts his recipes simple but he uses fresh good ingredients I watch him make tomato sauce from tomatoes so his sauce is all ready good like how he does thank you for your vidoes going to have to try this

Let me ask.. You cook so much of these great tasty foods but yet you stay so slim, how do you do it? I cook and eat all of the same foods and I just get wider and wider.
