Rex is one of the best looking puppy of the bunch and charisma. Oh he had those adorable hungry eyes 👀 searching for mom. Super active little guy then and still has the gusto now. I watch this many times when I need cheering up ...it's wet @windy here in England today so only been out for a short walk and got drowned ...soaking wet Dolly lieing by our log burner now@ we have settled in for the day ...so looking at Rex as a puppy is such lovely viewing 😍

Extra cute. We are between boxer right now. We have lost 2 boxers to auto immune problems in 1-2 years. The first died of immune mediated hemolytic anemia (his immune system destroyed I'd red blood cells). The second boxer died of immune mediated meningitis-arteritis. His immune system attacked his small blood vessels of the nerves to his head and neck as well as his legs. He lasted 4 months after the diagnosis. We miss our boys. Have you ever seen problems like this in boxers. We are soooo worried the 3rd boxer will have a similar problem and autoimmune diseases are so awful.
Had to watch this again.Brings back so many good memories of our darling boy. Memories that can now be shared with watching Sammie grow. Time flies so fast at my age but I'm privileged to be allowed to watch these two boys grow. Thank you xx

My maternal grandparents who lived in Poland, had 2 German shepherds, 1 was named Rex the other was named Aza. Aza was super friendly and mostly everyone was scared of Rex who was always quiet watching you, I avoided him out of fear, this was in the 1980s.

@Steven Faulds In General American Boxer's are usually bred smaller due to being in Smaller places like apartment's. So breeder's bred them to be smaller then what there size actually is supposed to be.
@Steven Faulds I am going to say that there may be a language barrier. But if you're calling me a idiot you can piss up a rope and watch what fall's back down. But if not saying there shorter due to inbreeding is not true yes to some extent inbreeding has happened. But it's like humans who have married there third or fourth cousin. It doesn't effect the size of there off spring and far as that goes you can even find the same amount of inbreeding in the German Boxer's that are in the American Boxer's so that doesn't explain size. And as far as the slope German Boxer are still bred with more of a slope then American boxer's and yes American boxer's have been selectively bred for size just like the muzzle and head. And a lot of the head size muzzle size and Slope has to do with the AKC. And the AKC registered there first Boxer in 1904 since then a lot of boxer's in the U.S have been recorded and bred with boxer's from Germany and all other countries.

I too am a lover of the boxers race. I was lucky to have an adorable companion of games, in my twelfth year, it was in 1966! She lived with us, accompanying us everywhere, by tram, bus, car, train and on holiday in campin as well as in the restaurant! Always close to us, enthusiastic, curious about what we were doing, a constant friend with an enthusiasm and a super nice character. She was like a member of our family and lived up to the age of twelve years ... And then there was Tanguy, a great kid with the same character, but a little more sturdy: he had to resist his 40 Kilos (88.184905 pounds) of muscles when you made a big hug! Always ready to walk, play, attentive to the exercises of education, he too loved to travel by car: he snored, lying full length, the 4 legs in the air in the back seat! He lived only 8 years but he also left us beautiful memories .... They still miss me, Rip, my sweet Peggy and my brave Tanguy

My maternal grandparents who lived in Poland, had 2 German shepherds, 1 was named Rex the other was named Aza. Aza was super friendly and mostly everyone was scared of Rex who was always quiet watching you, I avoided him out of fear, this was in the 1980s.
Yes, it's better to be safe than sorry. Our Rex is super friendly. Worst thing that can happen is that you are kissed to death. 😂

How adorable Rex was as a puppy! I wanted to learn more about him,so I went back to watch Rex from 4 weeks age on..he was always curious and energetic.From 16 weeks age,Rex knew he was with his human family..🥰..Thank you all for the videos thru the years with Rex and his family! I love seeing big Boxer's and not the downsized one's.
@Steven Faulds In General American Boxer's are usually bred smaller due to being in Smaller places like apartment's. So breeder's bred them to be smaller then what there size actually is supposed to be.
@Steven Faulds I am going to say that there may be a language barrier. But if you're calling me a idiot you can piss up a rope and watch what fall's back down. But if not saying there shorter due to inbreeding is not true yes to some extent inbreeding has happened. But it's like humans who have married there third or fourth cousin. It doesn't effect the size of there off spring and far as that goes you can even find the same amount of inbreeding in the German Boxer's that are in the American Boxer's so that doesn't explain size. And as far as the slope German Boxer are still bred with more of a slope then American boxer's and yes American boxer's have been selectively bred for size just like the muzzle and head. And a lot of the head size muzzle size and Slope has to do with the AKC. And the AKC registered there first Boxer in 1904 since then a lot of boxer's in the U.S have been recorded and bred with boxer's from Germany and all other countries.

I too am a lover of the boxers race. I was lucky to have an adorable companion of games, in my twelfth year, it was in 1966! She lived with us, accompanying us everywhere, by tram, bus, car, train and on holiday in campin as well as in the restaurant! Always close to us, enthusiastic, curious about what we were doing, a constant friend with an enthusiasm and a super nice character. She was like a member of our family and lived up to the age of twelve years ... And then there was Tanguy, a great kid with the same character, but a little more sturdy: he had to resist his 40 Kilos (88.184905 pounds) of muscles when you made a big hug! Always ready to walk, play, attentive to the exercises of education, he too loved to travel by car: he snored, lying full length, the 4 legs in the air in the back seat! He lived only 8 years but he also left us beautiful memories .... They still miss me, Rip, my sweet Peggy and my brave Tanguy
