      Well I'm glad someone noticed! Jimmy was a big viral hit back in 2010 and he's a peculiar guy, but there's depth behind the meme! Hopefully I'll get around to uploading a few more clips from this interview soon.

    Why couldn't he vote after the war? The 15th Amendment was passed after the Civil War. The Civil Rights Act of 1965 didn't give blacks the right to vote in USA. Jim Crow Laws in the South did prevent some, but were unconstitutional.
