Keep up your strength and keep doing what you’re doing. Sonne farms has a wonderful reputation and there are alot of people that believe in what you’re doing, how you do it and support you. Your family is awesome, kind and experienced. I’ve learned so much about farming and cattle raising from your channel. I actually understand a lot about what the farmers are saying now where before I was quite naive about a lot that was in the news such as blaming farmers for our food cost increases never knowing how little farmers get for what they produce. Love your channel and send best wishes and a lot of thank-you’s to you and your family. ❤❤

I think we may be seeing the result of concern Brian has endured for his herd during the worst of the drought? Imagine that...a wealthy rancher/farmer exhibiting concern for other living creatures, smack dab in the middle of the great plains...knowing that if he hasn't played his "cards" well, and gotten very lucky...and had the good Lord smile upon his operation...those living, breathing, needy creatures might not live their best lives! Course you have to remember that ' bout half that fb crowd that wants to be critical of tried and true ways of the world...are bots and AI, making "comments" to keep certain computer algorithms "hoppin'" so that ad revenues stay at at certain level...just sayin'...
Keep up the great work Sonne Farms/Storla Station crew(s)!

Thanks Cole for the great video. Brian and Cole your calves look really good this year. I laugh every time I hear that one about the cows crying for their babies Some of these people have silly ideas about live stock and how they are raised. I once heard a comment to a dairy farmer the person was mad and would not drink milk because the dairy farm had to kill the cow to get the milk. I think some time the people should look in the big book of animal raising before commenting. You both have a great day.

That hook dosing nozzle on the drenching gun is designed for when you are perhaps stood at the shoulder of the cattle and as the name suggests it is used to hook into the animals mouth and administer the dose.
Your best option in your circumstances of using the chute and cattle crush for restraint is a standard cattle nozzle with about a 30 degree crank in the tube and you feed it in the side of the mouth and over the tongue and administer the dose. Much easier for the operator Cole! 😀
