Imo this is the most overlooked, underrated, unsung Miami champion team.
- 83 is the genesis and most sentimental. Every true Canes fan baby.
- 87 was about redemption and the 1st undefeated team (popular players too)
- 89 I never hear anyone mention this team in any Canes convo. I hear about 86, 00, and 02 more than this team. Killer defense. Maybe it was the coaching switch or the country worshipping ND the whole season.
- 91 lives on because of wide right I and Miami was extremely popular at the time. This was like the rockstar team at the time.
- 01 Arguably the greatest team of all time (at least based off the roster). Fresh in our minds. Mentally strong bunch.
