This video was so helpful love it

Glad you liked it!
Sir please make a full pen tool tutorial👨🏫📓
Perhaps the professional with the most dynamic and positive voice tone on RUclips 💙
It’s the “whoho” that excited me😂❤
More than 60 because I need to rewind to remember 😆😆😆👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
We like the way you explain, thanks man... this is dope
I know all these but thanks for sum it all up, easier to remember.
My man... always has playful way to impact knowledge. ❤💯
Boosh! Thanks Cassidy 👊
Man explained in 60 seconds what took my professor two full hours
At 0:48 holding alt does not redirect the path as shown, my cursor changes to anchor point tool and the path disappears
U r stress reliever 😂
Dansky is the GOAT 🐐
Thank you so very much! Kinda got lost in the teacher's explanation and had to do an exercise afterwards and you saved me!
Your video is proof that people take too long to convey information, and that the viewers don't need so much explaining to.
Awesome..you are the man
Great but it's going to be so fast so I have watched it 4 times to understand fully. 😁😁
Omg thank you so much man i was struggling like hell working with the pen tool.
You're welcome! :)
❤❤ thanks
You're welcome 😊
Extremely helpful❤
Fabulous explanation sir, Very Easy to Understand
It's really incredible 😲😲
Thank you so much

Thank you so so so so so much
No problem 😊
wow. No lie. Most direct!
Needed this
helpful thanks !!
Glad it helped! 😃
I just learnt the pen tool like that paaap. The rest is history
Thank you @foreverDa
the pen tool always seems to go crazy at some point, for me it's always after a couple minutes of use
Aha really? How do you mean crazy, what happens exactly?
@@ForeverDansky I mean it suddenly does a mess and I can't follow the lines, because It's a mix of curves and corners I guess, but sometimes just curves
@@zer0b0t I had same problem then I notice I was subconsciously press double click or hold click so all you need is Little more practice with awareness
Wow. Amazing. 🔥
Nice! Been asked to do a few logos lately, so I've been trying to learn Ai (I'm mostly in Ps and other raster graphics editors) and didn't understand the difference between the two selection tools until just now. My main goal is to get proficient with the pen tool, instead of relying on the curvature tool. This video helped in more ways than one!!
Thank you man
You're welcome!
I will try this since im going redoing the entire logo
Awesome thank you!!!
Thank you so much for all the inspiration you provide in all of your videos and all the tutorials, specially for a newbie like me.
I have figured out the gradient side of things in illustrator with the help of your videos, can I ask I started of using Inkscape and could get a watercolour background effect, which I could then use for a clipping mask.
Can I do the same in Illustrator or do I need to use brushes or pre-made backgrounds? Could I also check if you could clear the confusion of whether I need to use CMYK or RGB for printing?
Off to watch the rest of your illustrator videos.
Thanks,
Rahul.
Yoooooure amazing
Excellent bro...teach me all tools like this
❤️❤️❤️
So dope 👏👏
Cheers! 👊
I have flash cs6 thank you so much i can do my project
Broooo I have been struggling with that Goddamn pen tool for the longest. I got so frustrated many times and you’re telling me it’s this simple?!
very nice you teach very good
On my layout, there's no grey triangle tab to click on to find those settings. Any advice on how to use the anchor tool if it doesn't show?
want full pen tool tutorial
You earned my sub
Thank you :)
i will take a look wow
Legend
GYAT!
Those pink guides, how do you see them? When using pen tool?
You can turn on "Smart Guides" by pressing Command/Ctrl + U 👍
THIS IS GREAT - THANKS! BUT... I had to watch it 93 times to get it right for tracing around a curved onbject with SOME straight lines. Still can't seem to do that, so I'll watch again :-)
Hey please tell me how to enable the auto suggestions option while using pen tool.
Pretty sure this works in Affinity Design and Inkscape as well, which are superior vector program. Not really sure why people even still use Illustrator.
Illustrator has more features than Affinity to my knowledge, and it plays nice with the other apps in the Adobe suite. So for someone like me, I can export from Illustrator to Photoshop, After Effects etc. very easily.
@@ForeverDansky Oh, I get it. You're an Apple user. Sorry. Yeah, after effects works great on a mac.
GREAT
Hello, may i know what that app using hand and pen to write . Thank you
That’s very interesting thanks I’ll be rewatching this a few times 👍
What’s the meaning behind your t shirt?
Great
How to add another line coming from a pre-existing point?
Deselect everything, select Pen Tool, then click on the existing anchor point to continue drawing from it 👍
I wouldn't mind it to be more than 60 seconds if you add that "haha" from the beginning to every other sentence
A gr8 vid
This is the first time I'm watching one of your videos
What software are you using?
Adobe Illustrator, and welcome 🙂👊
@@ForeverDansky thank u 👊
how to continously create a staright line after a curve?
Still can't create those handle bars to make curves it's really frustrating me, I am holding and shift, dragging and doing everything, but its still not working.
how do you fill color inside the shape created by the pen tool
🔥
I don't know how you changed the path of the path after creating half of the heart man.. it's not clear.
Do we count the time needed to restart after crashes? :D
I try to learn the pen tool but i dont know how to remove it and use another tool..
Sir how to get round corner in rectangle?
wow 😱
How do you activate the purple line?
Smart Guides? Command/Ctrl + U 👍
@@ForeverDansky thanks
i like oho line ))
My Illustrator doesn't show these handles on the pen tool, like in the heart example. How do I activate them?
Which version of this practical use photoshop
I've not needed to use Illustrator in over a year. Will someone PLEASE remind me how to rotate a anchor point?! I have a line that is thick at one end but it's stroke extrudes past another line. I don't want them joined. I just want that one point rotated so the stroke no longer extrudes past the other line.
I know this can be done WITHOUT HANDLES, because I vividly remember doing it, just not how to do it.
You can use the puppet warp tool to rotate an ancor point
Teach Me sensai I need you
I actually used this video to learn about Pen tool in Figma, I kid you not
Lets say that you draw a line and then you want to keep a space (without dragging the same line) how would you do it? In photoshop CC ? Its like bubble gum streching when we draw a line it drags all along😢 someone help
Will this work on photoshop?
why do i do exactly what you do but cant get the same result ?
Haha jokes on you....I still suck at the pen tool 😢
why is my pen tool movement doesn;t have that blue colours whilst moving, that makes my shapes unprecised somehow. pls if anyone knows of this problem help me. it infruriates me.
sorry for bad english
Go to Preferences/Settings for Illustrator, and in one of the tabs there’s options for the Pen Tool related to rubber-banding that you can enable to see the guides 👍
ops, found it. thanks btw :D
and how about the pink line guide?
My pen tool doesnt have the pink guide lines?? How do I fix this??
Turn on Smart Guides with Cmd/Ctrl + U 👍
If you are using photoshop it doesn't show apparently, only on Illustrator.
Easier said than done 😂
ccool
He used Illustrator right?
Yes
how to drag I don't know I try
60 seconds to watch, 60 months to implement 😔
ok good
I cant create love shape here...is hard when in middle section. When to create right shape....difficult...seem impossible.
what is sami zayn doing here
😂😂😂
I peed on the keyboard and now it doesn’t work. Thanks for nothing.
But seriously, good video. It’s just that now my keyboard is broken.
Keyboard shortcuts, not icon shortcuts, and you are on your way to mastery...
New tip
A pen tut without making a perfect circle?
Got the Ellipse and Arc tools for more precision that Pen Tool 👍
@@ForeverDansky true, but if u can make a perfect circle with the pen tool u can make perfect arches too.
