Sorry that happened to you!! It’s really hard to be able to tell some of those things if you don’t have the item in your hands. You had to get it double authenticated so that was a REAL super fake!
Even with the item in my hands it was very hard to tell🤦🏽♀️ probably I would have never noticed if it wasn’t for the other buyer telling me her experience. 😅
You've got insurance, money for lawyers and all of that why not just buy from the brand direct? These resellers have already been shown to be unreliable and approving counterfeits.
Hi Dear Lissette, in Switzerland we have loads of insurances, but one of the most useful and most important ones is called "Rechtschutzversicherung" translated its "Legal Protection Insurance". They help you out whenever you need legal advise or in cases like this. But not everyone has such an insurance, or is aware that it also covers online scams. As well, I was very lucky to still have the proof of purchase and all the pictures, to prove I got scammed.

Because I love to buy second hand. But this is the risk. I learned my lesson and will run Authentication every time now:)
