So my all time favorite song from TUMENCO is called 'if you're my destiny, then end this fated determination', and it was more of a heavy metal song. And it's the only metal song I know of from them...and I really wish they would do more like it because it's amazing! But this is pretty good too

That wasn't really a TUMENECO song. It was released on one of their albums but the arrangement and lyrics were done by Hull (From VAGUEDGE) and the rest of the song was by people not normally affiliated with TUMENECO as well. The vocalist for the song, ℃iel, I believe mostly does work with Pizuya's Cell, though they've also done work with Shibayan and TAMusic.
Long story short TUMENECO hasn't really ever done what you want, and given none of those artists are affiliated with the circle they likely won't ever.
