Eh , its not like most of them were good guys . Before the master all of those are basicaly bandits. Then the master pretty much used us to commit seppuku since his clan was so disgraced . Last 2 got expelled from clan so prob did something bad too (though I do feel sorry for them and their master )
although many people including me sometime sympathize with most enemies we encounter. y`all got to remember that they attacked first when you approach them. so there`s already sign of hostility. the only Scenario where we can truly feel bad about beating these enemies up is when we first engage them in a conversation or if they are non hostile (NPC) like the friendly hilichurl Ella musk knows and those form the hilichurl commission event in which case can never happen since we cannot outright kill passive NPC like its undertale or something.

I know you have good intentions, but please don't. Sticking the swords to the blade mound is just another way of honoring the samurai. That way, we could also remember our past duels with the Iwakura swordsmen every time we pass by the rock.
I feel so bad doing this, once i met the clan master i have a second thought of fighting him or just losing to him. Next things i know my fingers doing combo, launching gigantic firebird, swirling blizzard and wrath of geo archon raining down on him….. ;_;

Apparently i had killed all of them during my exploration, and only needed to do the last fight. I didnt think they would like, die die. While i was going back to all of those place i kept seeing only emptiness and it was a very weird kind of feeling.
It seems I have defeated 4 of them unknowingly while exploring Inazuma, only one left is the one at underwater cuz I still haven't figured out how to get there
It’s near the tube like thing near the ruin guard area but you need to finish the cleansing mission (pick up near where you finished the escort mission from ritou)

My relay stone puzzle disappeared after killing the dude who was so buff the top of the hill right next to the camp, felt too small for him. Was on an exterminating spree for drops xp and mora since i ran out. Had cleared most of Narukami Island and headed to raiden shoguns birthdaycake island. Buff dude was very buuf and manly, felt sad after achiement

It's sad to kill the master and the two expelled swordmen. But others deserve it. These guys are simply pirates or ronins. What they said before the dual were "there's a mug this time", "another foreigner to kill", "let me try my blade" and "my sword desires blood". I could hardly have sympathy for them.
you can actually have 100% and still have chests to collect. i have triple 100% but still seeing chests and challenges. also you can get the floating boxes in the ocean for coins. it gives %

In the last battle when the first guy died he called out "live on Okazaki" to his companion but he got taken down straight away.

I did have a reason: baal and ayaka ascension materials. The chests were bonuses
