They are all a mess, blocking the road purely because they couldn't be bothered to tidy up the yard and allow more than one vehicle in. And then that manager came out and proved that he simply doesn't have the intelligence to know better. If I was a customer and saw this video I would stop doing business with them immediately. If they were a construction yard it would be tidier than this yard. They are both lazy and incompetent.

This is a mess and completely illogical. Aside from a man with a camera, which is perfectly legal. There is a major problem with the yard. The way they use it now is just plain and simple stupid. Some changes that would seriously make it a lot faster for drivers would improve this a lot. (Please note to make it more clear I view the drone shot at 28:30) 1. Close the yard for a weekend 2. Clean up everything 3. Remove the fences (including the fence dividing both lots as it's simply a danger for pedestrians now) 4. Place new fences, with this time making the long end a closed fence with on each short end (left and right from this drone shot) a entrance/exit 5. Make it a 1 way road, you get in on the right of this drone shot and get out on the other end. 6. In case they don't want anyone to look in, add some hedges and let them grow as tall as the law permits. Perhaps add some trees if they so wish (although they might not be allowed on the edge of the property. I don't know how the laws in England are regarding that) 7. Add CCTV as I see none of that, so their claims are by default void right now. This will speed up trucks and vans going in and out, plus they are no longer standing on the road. No, this is NOT your fault for being there DJE, it's their very inefficient thinking that is causing this aside closing the doors multiple times for no good reason. This would improve traffic safety for everyone and it will speed things up for the trucks and vans. Well that is at least if the people working there are stopping being childish and play with the doors all the time instead of working.

The estate wasn't designed to accommodate high volume of large vehicles to allow for parking while waiting for loading and uploading without blocking the road. If the yard was cleaned and organised properly, I think a number of vehicles could park lined up with the street for side loading. Rather than one in one out blocking the road for everyone else.
