Hello Lee and Nomali! Long-time listener and subscriber to the channel. I've been enjoying your series about the Enneagram and find it fascinating to hear different individuals' personal experiences as their type. As an Enneagram type 9, I resonated with Levi's discussion about Integral Theory and its connection to Enneagram 9s. I've been studying Integral Theory on my own for several years now and was immediately drawn to its framework. I think this system has always felt natural to me because I tend to see and hold things from multiple perspectives. I wonder if Integral Theory tends to attract other type 9s. For a long time, I've struggled to find my spiritual and philosophical "home," but Integral Theory is inclusive of all other systems and ideologies, which has been a relief for me. The schema of holding the tension of opposites is similar to how I approach things as a 9. Thank you for all the great work you're doing! 🙏

Agreed that the capacity of Integral Theory to embrace all existing perspectives is a type of space-holding which seems to come naturally to people who identify as Type Nines within the Enneagram personality type system!
It is indeed a great relief to have a model of reality which allows us to relate to all aspects of existence, even the most challenging, with a sense of friendliness and intimacy.
