If 343i/Certain Affinity do this, I think ODST pods are better for solos and respawns(if there are non-BR game modes with similar function as BR but with respawns, like WZ's Plunder or FN's Team Rumble). The Pelican is better for starting with teams.
Yeah I was thinking they could drop like in Apex legends. So it starts off with the whole cinematic drop (first person) Then all the pods break off into their groups of quads, trios, duos etc. It then pans to how Apex legends drops work where squad leader directs the whole group but teammates can splitter off if need be.
Some like looking like their armor is new, some like it used. Wear could and should be a texture option given they’ve released models with varying wear.

Your ship or pod blowing up, and seeing people flying out of it. Maybe it would be a special gamemode where it's an arena, due to the ship crashing and all. If the ship blows up, you could have a system that makes everyone jump sporadically, leading to everyone and your squad being far away from each other, and making sure they regroup. I think they should do the dropping like you and your squad randomly get dropped somewhere, like in that dying light br, meaning it would make sure there isn't one Hotspot drop, that all the tryhards go to, to get the best loot. That would also mean that the loot it more randomized, which might mess with the balance, but who knows. Anyway I will always love fan animations, good job 👍
I'm not really a fan of battle royale and I don't think every game needs to have one. But if we have to believe the rumours it will come but I just don't get why? Wouldn't the core of the game be much better if all resources are focused on what people want in a Halo game?

I get it why they are doing it because Halo Infinite isn't made just for me. But it seems a little obvious and desperate that they want to steal some of that Fortnite/Warzone audience (which are some really tough competitors to beat). Nothing wrong with that but I'd rather have all of the recourses on board to create a full and authentic Halo experience instead of how the development of infinite went. But for people who don't really like the BR gamemode it feels threatening that it will be attached on a game that isn't really about that. Change is just terrifying but exciting at the same time for people that have enjoyed the franchise since they were little.

Halo wasn’t about Invasion, or Infection, or Warzone, or even competitive play but they were all added because Halo is a great platform for those modes- it’s the natural progression of things and we should be glad it doesn’t hinder the authentic Halo experience you want because all we’ve gotten from Infinite is normal Halo experiences in a new game. I still don’t understand the mechanism by which adding a BR has any effect to Infinites regular multiplayer
This is how you should start a match in open air maps. You could just drop in a cutscene where you can see your friends. You could even talk to them in team chat while the map is loading. Once everyone's loaded, the doors open and everyone jumps in turn. You're a Spartan, you could have customizable landing emotes too. like a "superhero" landing. or getting up and rolling your shoulders, cracking your knuckles. the usual loading affair. but make it a player choice.
Halo Infinite should’ve implemented a scuff-o-meter. The clean and sleek look of the color palettes of Halo Infinite has just thrown me off on the immersion.

It really depends on the coating you put on your Spartan, there are some pretty scuffed up ones
