Huge Harry Potter fan. I couldn't help but watch all the movies again while crocheting this. The only thing I was missing was butterbeer, lol

The Harry Potter movies are one of my favorite series. I’ve read the books too. Nice tutorial, I’ll have to make one.

I made this scarf. The last three rows on each end of the scarf I did three rows of double crochet to stop the curling. Also I did a single crochet all the way around the edging to smoothing the edges I did a join at every colour change my scarf came out beautiful

you haven't mentioned how much yarn is required, that's very important to know before starting the project, please advise qty of yarn required.

Hi there! I love love love the scarf and really want to make one! I was wondering, how much yarn do I need to make the exact same one as you? ☺️

I had two balls of each color. So I would have roughly 500 yards of each color. However if you use a different weight of yarn you will need more/less yards.

Hi! I’m making this awesome scarf and I have a question for you. At the point you got your first 20 rows done, your scarf looked wider then mine. I counted your stitches and it seems like maybe there are 40? I’m wondering if you changed the count from 30 to 40 or am I just seeing things?😂😂🤣🤣 .....I continued watching and the gold looks back to a more narrow count. Am I going crazy? I am watching this part at 5:00 am ( insomnia) so I might be seeing thing!😂

So the yarn I used was Red Heart Super Savor and the burgundy color was a lot thicker than the gold color. It looked wonky to me to but they both were Red Heart yarns and a size 4 medium weight.

¿What would be the measurements of a scarf for an adult? Thanks for your answer.

So scarf I did in the video is big enough for an adult. It fit me perfectly. But you can make yours as wide and long as you like.
