As fresher, ServiceNow ITSM is very beginner choice. in there admin & developer is very helpful and also that is like root of serviceNow & pre requisite for all remaining serviceNow products/modules. so choose ITSM for your beginner career. ITSM also good career now there is lot of openings also available.
