- Yesterday, the Oregon DMV and secretary of state's office provided an update on noncitizens being mistakenly registered to vote through the "Motor Voter" program. Here is Pat's take on their explanation.

I think your noted frustrations are valid...all the way around.
SOS/DMV need to be more transparent and folks need go start being critical thinkers.
I also think it was a mistake to create motor voter automatic. They could have used the opportunity to hand someone a voters registration pack. But, DMV has no business sticking their noses in elections. Elections needs to be stand alone.

In Philadelphia a 17 year old girl was taken out of class and told she had to register to vote.she was also told if she didn't block people would be exterminated. So I know there are underaged people are voting. I watched the Senate hearings and the evidence for fraudulent voting is overwhelming.. Michigan has 200,000 dead people voting. New Mexico has same problem. Arizona courts just decided to let 100,000 undocumented people vote. People are getting text messages that their voter registration is expired and to reregister. Text messages asking people to vote in Iowa. Thing I noticed it's all coming from swing states and the states that look like they could be in play due to this close election. I think the person that bought this to the public is a patriot and should be celebrated. It was brave .
Is the DMV being transparent about which DMV locations were involved? Were the fraudulent registrations sprinkled around the state? All at one location? Was there a DMV employee taking bribes for “mistakes” in voter registration? This whole thing is stinky and suspicious and very badly timed. I’m disgusted that State of Oregon employees so regularly mess up. We don’t get very much for our money.
I think the DMV clerks need to stop rushing though their work, and be more carefull with what they do.
Quality is not job one! It is the government what do you expect.
They rush because they are always understaffed at the office near me. Long lines and not enough workers. Looks like a crap job.
Or better yet, an explanation that includes an admission of guilt and assurances the system will be subject to constant review.

I think that, to be very honest with you, I do believe that we should have rightly believed, but we certainly believe that certain issues are just settled. Certain issues are just settled. No, that's right, and that's why I do believe that we are living, sadly, in real unsettled times. We invested an additional $12 billion into community banks, because we know community banks are in the community, and understand the needs and desires of that community as well as the talent and capacity of community.

We "WIN" because we are more PPL centered & progressive overall. We aren't the Party that wants to take America BACK over 100 years!
