and not just that piece, every piece fits perfectly! Here i am, drooling over every new production sport car, never stopping to realize how insane it is to build such large and complicated machines as airliners.
It's a shame the Boeing 767-400 didn't sell well. It was a wonderful extended version of the -300, with the "raked" wingtips, and higher-bypass GE CF6-80E1B turbofan engines. As good an airplane as the 767-400 was, many airlines didn't really need it, and stayed with the -300 in their fleets, along with the already ordered 777s, Airbus A330s, and A340s. The 767-400 was a capable airplane to open up LAX/HKG, or ORD/FRA in a higher capacity layout, and greater range then the 767-300, and Boeing offered it to airlines that needed a type airplane that can be used extensively on these type of routes. Though the 777-200ER, was starting to get amassed, so the development of the 767-400 was then ceased. The Boeing company then saw that their highly successful large "twin", the 777, was becoming an instant hit, the production of the 767-400 airplane, need not be carried out any farther. This then opened the door for the 777-300, to be brought into view. The only two actual airlines that placed orders for the 767-400, were Continental, and Delta. The 25 existing -400s that Continental once had, are now flying for United. I don't know how many Delta has, and I don't even know if they still are flying theirs. Very nice airplane this 767-400 model is.
A better assembly line than airbus, I believe they assemble their planes like an Ikea flat pack with dodgy instructions in french. And they allow those with OCD to continously check the gears and flight controls.
wow, at some point they turn the fuselage upside down to install the panels to close it. AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY! How the hell do you manage to do that?
B767 AND B757 ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WELL CONCEIVED AND BUILD AIRCRAFTS I EVER PILOTED AIRBUS IS HORRIBLE AND I PILOTED A320/1 AND A330/200 WAS I NIGHTMARES WATCHING IN FLIGHT THE EXTREMELY END SWITCH LEFT TO RIGHT LIKE A CHEWING GUM FRENCH CALL THAT FLEXING QUALITY UHAHAHAH
Only you could make something as interesting as aircraft assembly look and sound stupid due to ridiculously bad editing and music choices. This is bad and you should feel bad.
the production of 767 has starte since 1978, and 36 years has already past and it`s still in production. What`s an amazing aircraft.
and it's STILL being built today!
Best upbeat 90's music ever!!!
80年代にローンチしたとは思えない 40年バージョンアップを重ねて今なお製造されているのは本当にすごい
767-400ER Leading the Way!!!

Amazing! Every aircraft is an engineering masterpiece! And Boeing does it well.

The assembly is cool and I love the 80s style music.. LOL
The tooling is amazing!

When they could make a new 767? Like the 767 max? Or the 767X?
Is Best 767X
They will make 767-x
Woou the final colors of the airplane are wonderful :p Very nice video!
Men... how biiiig is this hangar? They move airplanes around like toys in a huge box... :-) Great video!
It is. This jet has been repainted as N827MH, which is currently part of Delta Airlines' fleet.
That's so cool!! Loved it :)
Launch Customer!!! #H-Town #Continental
I prefere the 767-300 to the 767-400, in my opion I think the 767-400 looks like the
777's flight deck.. but amazing.. video!

closest thing i found this to an actual song is dance to the music by sly & the family stone
I think, this 767-400 is for Delta Airlines.
is that a first boeing 767-400?
...outstanding!
yeah its called a 'protective vinyl' and it is washed off just before being painted
wow, at some point they turn the fuselage upside down to install the panels to close it. AND THEY FIT PERFECTLY! How the hell do you manage to do that?
how long does the whole process take?
Thank you
nice!
Whats the use of hard hats if the machine drops a piece of the aircraft on you? :P
that would be a great job to have
why do airplanes always start out at that green color?
The first Boeing 767-400.
maybe for a fragment or bolt etc.
They should slow down a little so the plane is put together right instead of just fast
Great video, but the music is killing me.
2019?
Claro que hay.. busca bien
This aircraft is still flying with Delta
Boeing debería crear una nueva versión del 767, (Boeing 767X)
awesome
Airbus rulessssssssss
This one went to Delta Airlines and is now parked.

Don't blame the OP. Blame Boeing - the video came from them!
