Great video Mike, one of the best and most thorough walkthroughs I've come across on the 2025 Frontiers. I love this truck and am wanting about the same layout and features yours has, but maybe in the sv none 4x4. I won't be looking into a purchase until the end of this year so hoping I can grab a great deal on the one I want. Thanks again and take care
I came razor close to getting a 24 crew, long bed SV. The seating postion without tilt wasnt great, the rear seat was very small, and it wasnt equipped as well as this SL. Still, i wouldve taken it were it not for the horrendous lease deal and overly optimistic residual that was much higher than the trade value was predicted to be. I hope the math works better now for Nissan's sake. They really are great trucks. Its been said that the brakes are tye best in it's class. The acceleration was fine and the mpg acceptable. The 2010 LE I had was one of the best trucks among the many I've owned or leased.
Great detailed review - especially all the interior functions and exterior front/rear. I compared a 2024 Frontier SL w/2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E back in January and chose the RL due to greater interior room, more comfortable seats, better build quality (IMHO), features and, finally price. I really liked the Frontier at first glance but the seat bottoms were too short, could not get a comfortable seating position and the leather was nearly non-existent (only embroidered bottom and back portion is leather). I just felt the Ridgeline had a more upscale interior and the ride was sublime and very quiet. I'm not knocking the Frontier because it is a truck first and has attributes the Ridgeline doesn't but for my money and transportation needs the Honda won.
@@MikesCarInfo that’s a little better I suppose. There was nothing worse than hitting the bump stops way too early. Thanks for checking that out. Great video BTW 👍
"kind of like a cell phone" ...which are illegal to use while driving. Huh. They added start stop...deal breaker for me I'll get a '22 so I don't have to deal with that BS
Agreed on the start/stop feature but Nissan did a very slick thing by putting an off button right next to the push start button. My routine is press Start and press the Start/Stop button immediately after. When I'm in a drive thru, I just press that button again and save a bit on gas. Overall, Nissan killed it!!!!
For a mid size it has some great features, Big V6 with no turbos and a long bed to name 2 that GM and Ford have failed on for their mid size trucks. That said I can get an extended cab F150 STX 4x4 5.0 Coyote V8 with 90 more hp and 140 more ft pounds, an extra gear and 3 mpg better fuel economy for less money. And this Frontier isn't even a Pro4X. It's no wonder Nissan was going bankrupt prior to the big merger.Let's hope the sinking ships of Mitsubishi and Nissan don't drag Honda down with them.
Lol Wtf is that infotainment system?? Thing has a backup and 360 camera system that doesn't take up the full screen and the actual video quality is garbage? Absolute deal breaker to me. Exterior looks awesome but can't get over the lack of attention to detail for the little stuff.
I have a '25 Pro4x, and yeah, the cameras they use are shit, I can't believe they allow that. But, everything else on that truck is awesome, I love it. Traded a '23 Tundra for it, best decision I could've done.
i have a '24 sv. personally, i prefer the price savings over a higher definition backup camera. the most use it gets from me is making sure i don't touch the back of my garage backing in, i'm not watching sports on it
This is the next vehicle I’m getting. Nissan did a great job
I've had two Frontiers and can't wait until I can buy the current generation. Great looking trucks!
Thank you for the most detailed review on these trucks I've seen yet!
Nice in-depth review. I like how you showed the sticker at the end. Very cool idea.
Nice ride-a-long Mike. Looks like a Really nice Truck. I like the Frontier. If I didn't have my '21 Ranger, I would want this Frontier.
Great looking truck. Closest to the old school pick ups. Nissan got a winner.
@Bangkok-ik1fp Totaly considering one. I'm old school .Just a little apprehensive of the digital and electronics
li loved all my Nissan Trucks 1989,1993,2005!!

I have a 2023 pro 4x. It’s been a great daily driver with no issues
The truck looks good overall. It's the sunroof that I completely hate having on a vehicle. That feature should just be offered as an option.
Its also built to last properly maintained it should last 300k +miles easily

Seems like a strange package. Not the Pro-4x but lots of other options.
Almost $48K!! Great truck but..... Prices have gotten out-of-hand!
Go check out a Tacoma and you’ll realize this isn’t a bad deal. A similar Taco is nearly 60k. 😳

I agree, the Ridgeline is a very practical and well designed vehicle.
Does it still have the bad turning circle? My Dad had a 2003 Frontier CC LB and the turning circle was so bad it was almost dangerous 🤷🏻♂️
Yeah, the turning diameter is not that great. "Curb-to-curb turning diameter (ft.)
42.7 (4x2)
42.4 (4x4)"
By comparison, 2003 Frontier:
Turning diameter: 38.7 feet

so you just push the off switch....
whats the bi deal....

I dislike it as well. I would just make it a habit and turn it off.
You can shut that off.
you can get an aftermarket deleter part.
54 second!!!!

If you think that’s bad, you should see some of the F150s, Dodge chargers and Honda CRV those cameras are horrible
that company is going down in history. don't waste your money
Your a dope. Toyota fan boy no doubt.
