This show only gets better after this episode IMO. Colin Farrell and Cristin Milioti both deserve Emmy nominations for their performances so far especially Milioti who was phenomenal episode 4.

4 episodes in and so far its a good show. Fingers crossed they don't screw it up. Penguin, Sofia and Vic are all well acted, well written characters. Episode 4 essentially feels like Joker (2019) but for the Sofia character where by the end she's a villain for sure but we get her motivations and we do have empathy for her because of all she went through which turned her into what she is and they actually made a decent female antagonist who is believable.
It’s a FANTASTIC SERIES!!! Thank God for Matt Reeves. I’d die peacefully knowing if he would take over the handling of the DC universe content because he’s been single handily doing it justice all by himself
Fantastic show and personally, I think the writing is really good. Like Penguin may be a villain but he's got those little things that make him relatable and human (ex: his relationship with his mom, how he's respectful towards his coworkers and views them as equal and especially how he treats Victor. Even the little deleted scene from the Batman where he offers Selina money because he knew what kind of slimeballs are in the 44 Below). The same could be said for Sofia, especially after the fourth episode because the lady who plays her did a damn good job and I hope she gets an Emmy for her performance. Colin Farrell is fantastic and I'm honestly rooting for Oz to win. I hope he shows up in Part 2 since Matt Reeves confirmed this Batman trilogy is going to a "crime drama epic," and I trust Matt with what he's going to bring to the table. Heck he's technically producing this, and I hope he brings the showrunner of this show back because unlike the bitch writing that Agatha All Along show, Lauren LeFranc doesn't use the gender politics card in this.
glad to see people enjoying a show. hopefully the quality of these can last a while. i'm still unsure about how batman 2 will go. i wonder who will ultimately be the better character batman or penguin.
