Annie, I absolutely love all your products and I’m so happy to know that you’re on every week now! I never knew there was slicker material! So glad to know that now and thank you for all the demos on everything!!! Very helpful! I look forward to next Wednesday. It cannot come soon enough. :-)
Great informational video. Pairing the right interfacing with a project...so important. Thanks for the valuable information. I am glad to know that there is a specific interfacing developed by your company for face masks as I trust the products from “By Annie."
Thank you for the excellent information about your projects and products. I especially appreciated learning about the filter interfacing for making masks and the great work you have done on designing your products. It really helps when you explain how to use your products and their specific design and features. I have purchased supplies from my local quilt shop for one of your bags and feel more confident to start it after watching several of your tutorials. Thank you!
I’m new to bag making and find these videos so informative about the bags and why each product is used. Interfacing vs soft and stable for example. Thanks Annie for sharing your trials and tribulations also helpful.
Thank You Annie I really needed this tutorial on interfacing, It will make my choice of uses easier. I was really happy to learn I don't have to quilt the soft and stable, and I had not heard heard of slicker i might try it, great information .
I love all of your patterns, supplies and helpful tips and tricks. I can’t wait for next week to watch another useful video! 💕I’m glad I learned about Slicker today!
Hi just wanna thank you so much for doing this for all of us I love your products and bought several of your patterns at road to California, last year thank you again for sharing your talent with us ❣️🧵✂️🥰❤️💕
I've used shape flex, but didn't know anything about the slicker or knit interfacing. Thanks for sharing which one works best where! Also thanks for the info on the sewing expo!
I use way more sf101 than any other interfacing. I have not used slicker, the knit or the filter yet, but might try it soon. I am sad we won’t be able to see you in person this Sew expo, but hope next will be even bigger and better.
Love all your patterns. I am really interested in trying out the slicker on a couple of bags. I also want to make a couple of mesh bags to wash my masks. Thanks for sharing all of this.
Thanks for the information on the interfacing. Most the fact about the mask interfacing. Looking forward to trying some of the interfacing products. Love your bag and project patterns.
Didn’t know you had slicker, which is a type of laminate. It’s great to have inside bags that would hold liquids. You carry all the products that anyone would need!
Shapeflex fusible interfacing: I was afraid to try it. Didn’t know what to use it for. I enjoy making your brag bags and look forward to making my first purchase of Shapeflex. Thank you so much!
Great information. Hadn’t heard of slicker before and definitely think I’ll be giving it a go. Love SF101 and use it a lot in various projects. Living in the UK however does make purchasing items from your website difficult as shipping is expensive. I was also unable to use the voucher to get the free sample of soft and stable so a bit disappointed. Love your videos and projects
I’m working on TAKE A STAND this week. I was wondering if you have used a waterproof product called ODIF. I treated the fabric and I’m wondering how it will turn out. I love your product descriptions.
Just starting to make bags and accessories. Did not know about any of the special interfacing. Love finding out about the vinyl interfacing. Need a bag to bring home things from swim exercise classes. Want to know if you have suggestions for a small pouch to keep insulin in when I am away from home. It needs to stay cold. Insulin pens are about the length of a regular post card, and looses it's strength if subjected to temperatures over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Thanks.
I have used all of the interfacings you mentioned except for the slicker. I have bought some but hesitated to use it. Thanks for the information it really helps. I am so looking forward to a place for everything 2.0. Is case and point an updated version as well or am I good to purchase it now?
Tula Pink mentioned a new version of the “Place for Everything “. She said it is 2.0. The handle is on the other side and it has a shoulder strap. Is there one? Or am I dreaming?
You're not dreaming! Our 'A Place For Everything 2.0' will be available for preorder mid-Feb and will ship the end of that month or the beginning of March. It's really fantastic and we can't wait to get it into creative makers' hands!
Aloha Annie, and the rest of y'all... I'm a fan of your WED live meetings... People that work in food manufacture can’t wear masks with ties because the ties might get caught in equipment such as conveyors.
