Some tips and pointers: your nails do NOT need to breathe, the nail plate is not live tissue, it's dead and has no lungs. However they may need to rest and heal, that's not the same thing as "they need to breeathe" 🙂 And a tip I have for you is to moisturize both the eponychium and nailplate, as well as the hyponychium (the skin that holds your nailplate together with the nailbed under the free edge) with cuticle oil that's meant for the cuticles, not coconut oil as it has too big molecules to be able to penetrate in to the cuticles etc. And the reason why it's good to push back the cuticles is that the cuticle oil can penetrate through easier/better. Another tip I have for you nail polish to last better and look better is to do a basic manicure. Push back cuticles, scrape off all dead cuticle and non living tissue and you'll see that the polish lasts much longer 😊😊 And also when you have weak damaged nails, it's better to have SOMETHING on them to protect them from water and get further damaged etc than to leave them bare, you can have a clear polish on so that you still can keep track and see what's going on. I don't mean to be rude or anything I just want to share my knowledge and give some tips and tricks 😊🌸💅🏻

Maybe her natural nails are weak. My nails are nicely shap. They grow past the tip but then my thumb nail gets a split in the side, ends up tearing across the nail over a week (very painful) and then takes another month to grow back. 😒 The only fix would be to put acrylics on my hands.

Connor I was a crazy bad nail biter my whole life until I found some nail polishes that inspired me. I use peel off base coat so I don't have to use acetone to remove my polish because I have to change the polish before I get bored. When I get bored I'm tempted to pick at them. I use a lot of holo and chrome polishes as well as polishes with shifting flakies. My nails are damaged because I also wash my hands way too much. Molly Jane Oh, alright.. I will try painting them, I mean I kind of convinced myself not to bite them since this comment and I’m trying my best to keep it up.. I might try just wearing clear polish but the idea of the peel-off base coat sounds good. Thanks by the way!
Connor A little late, I know, but the name of the peel off base coat I use is "UNT Ready for Take Off". It oil the living daylights out of my cuticles about 10 minutes before I peel it off, and I use a silicone cuticle pusher to remove the polish. No damage to my nails and it comes off in one piece usually :)
bts is my aesthetic Different things work for different people, so no worries if this isn't a good fix for you specifically! For him, what works best is when he realizes he's pulling his hair he leaves his hand where it is and thinks about what's making him nervous enough to pull. He takes a few deep breaths and calms down, then puts his hand down when he's ready. It's tough in the beginning because the habit is usually there strongly enough to be repeated every few seconds, but eventually he broke it. Not sure if something like that may work better for you or not, but don't be afraid to try a bunch of different methods or even come up with a method of your own! Recognizing *why* you're biting your nails may be the best starting point. For me, I bit my nails largely because I didn't like how they looked. your nails don’t need to breathe you should wear nail polish while trying to grow them out and just put nail oil around the cuticle otherwise if they’re bare they get wet a lot and then they’re weak when they’re wet. and nail strengtheners make your nails more brittle and so they chip more

Actually, Bliss Kiss' experts recommend to ALWAYS have at least two coats of clear nail polish on your nails every time, because this protects your nails from water (which gets in between the layers of your nail and separates them) and also protects your nails from peeling. That's what I do (and use their oil, goddamn lifesaver there) and my nails are great!
Isabella, I went through the same thing with gel polish. It took months for my nails to recover. Never again! Happy to see that your nails are getting back to normal :)
My nails were always strong and nice...I've noticed since i started using gel polish my nails are now weak, peeling and break easy...gonna go back to using regular polish and see if i can get my nails back ! Glad i wasn't the only one with this problem after using gel polish..thanks for sharing!!
Same! I don't know why but I really didn't expect my nails to get so damaged from gel. I did gel three times in a row and now they're completely damaged and brittle :(. Glad your nails are recovered though!
Sierra when you get your nails done make sure you request that they don’t go at them with a nail file or drill. I get gel all the time and my nails are healthy as can be but I had that problem at first! The gel won’t last as long but your nails will thank you.
If that's the case, you need to eat more healthy/nutrition filled foods and probably drink more water Thin/weak nails can be due to dehydration or malnutrition or repeatedly wetting hands/nails as water gets in the nail and causes it to expand, let out natural oils and shrink when it dries
@@UndecisiveAngel thanks for that i have to keep filing my nails because they are so bendable. Nail polish is really helping because it adds a layer of protection. But still frustrated with my nails
@@excusemeum....8053 I dont reccommend peeling it off because it removes a layer of nail and makes them more weaker than they already are just take off your nail polish with a safe nail polish remover and you should be fine also remember to put on nail oil or jojoba oil to keep ur nails flexible but not to the point to breaking.
As a certified nail technician I can tell you nails done need to breathe, it's better to use nail polish and base coats because it adds another layer of protection it's also bad to get you're nails wet because they become thinner and can break much easier so use polish!
Ik this is late but trust me , jojoba oil dosnt make your nails grow in front of your eyes . Mainly it just makes your nails stronger but still flexible so if your close to breaking a nail. It might just flex instead of breaking .
Hi, I need a help. I am a woman who has been suffering from brittle nails for almost many years now. I have tried all tricks in the trade and nothing seems to be working. I was advised to be on a calcium rich diet and also take vitamin D supplements to help overcome the problem. However the problem never really got any better and over the past years it has been only getting worse. Frankly speaking, is there any which can be done to get my nails back to my original shape?
@@cristinasulzener4074 Being a bit knowledgeable in the field of nail and hair care, I firmly believe that I have an answer for you. I have used known as nails biotin. This is not a synthetic product sold to thousands as a marketing gimmick. Though there could be similar brand of biotin available in the market, I for one would strongly recommend a product known by the name Certified Biotin. From what I learn from your problem, it surely must be a case of biotin deficiency. Though you might be adding vitamin H and B-complex in your food, I would strongly urge you to go in for certifiedbiotin.com. I am sure you will find it an amazing solution and I have been able to give dozens of women the best of nail growth by using this product.
Cristina Sulzener there’s a product called opi nail envy. I use the original formula, and my nails are stronger. It’s like $18 but well worth it. And remember it’s a treatment, so you have to use it as a treatment, not just a one time thing. It’s great
Is it weird that I am jealous of my boyfriend because he has perfect nails they are strong,shiny,and gorgeous!!! And I am over here chewing my nails! ;-;
I’ve been trying to grow my nails out after years of biting them. When you talked briefly about taking folic acid, it really stuck with me, which sounds weird. I have rheumatoid arthritis(not because I’m old, I actually 15. It’s an autoimmune disease). My doctor prescribed folic acid and my mom has always tried to get me to take them, but I have a big fear of swallowing pills. In fact, I didn’t swallow a pill for maybe 10 years after the rear developed when I was 5. Just a few weeks ago I switched my meds to a daily pill. I really want to try the folic acids now, not just for my arthritis but also to grow my nails. I didn’t know it helped with that. That was kinda a pointless rant, but I just wanted to say thank you for inspiring me!
As a former lifelong nail biter who relapsed 3 or 4 times, I think the key is moisture - I noticed intended to bite or play with my nails when the skin felt dry. Use oils to massage into the nail and cuticle daily. What I also did in my last relapse was put on some drug store glue on nails for at least a week, removing and repeating if need be. This can be enough to break the habit but also allow enough growth to make you see and appreciate the difference!
yakka i got acrylics the first time cause fake nails id just rip off to bite, with acrylics i had them on for 4 weeks, i stopped biting my nails and hopefully i dont relapse
(Everyone can grow there nails ) inspired me i have always been a nail biter and im now in the 36 day of my journey im so happy with the results i dont think i will ever bite them again thank you for the inspiration 💕💕💕💕💕
I had gel once this summer on my long nails and after only one week, because of the weight of the gel, all of my nails broke off 😱 it took me around 8 months to fully recover.✨ I’m glad your nails are getting better too!
Love this! I inboxed you on instagram about a year ago asking for advice as I had been in acrylics for years (was previously a nail biter)... I followed all of your tips at the time and now down the line I have the loveliest and strongest natural nails I’ve ever had! So Thankyou! And you’re right... anyone can do it! ❤️❤️❤️
I literally just watched your long nail weekly manicure routine video and then I clicked on this one.. my jaw dropped. You are one of my new favorites ♡♡
I just took off my acrylics and my pinky nail was thin enough to begin with so after I removed them my pinky nail has been hurting so bad cause it’s so thin 😭😭
I loved this video. I had some acrylics years ago and one of my nails has a cracked thru the center that never healed, no matter what I do. It's so frustrating. Right now they are looking terrible, but I know they grow back if you love them. They love routines.
Your damaged nails are basically what I've dealt with with my nails my whole life. I've always been envious of my sister's nails, she could grow them a couple inches without trying, while I was lucky if my nail polish lasted a couple hours, and as soon as my nails grew the tiniest bit, they'd break right off again. What I've noticed helped the most was when I got out of working in fast food, the sanitizer water we wiped stuff down with would cause my nails to literally peel off, even if I wore gloves. Also, I try to wear gloves if I clean, and I'm a lot more conscious of moisturizing. I have hope for the future of my nails haha
Today is the start of my nail growth journey .my nails were ripped to shreds on my right and and both were so dry it was unbearable so i picked up some great lotion i bought at a 99cents store and i love it.when i was younger the only nails that grew long were my thumbs and my pinkies..lol now I’m working on getting all of them to grow out nicely.i never use my nails as tools 🛠.i like your mantra on that Isabella jewels not tools.i follow you here on utube and I enjoy watching your videos.
I’m a nail biter and I’ve managed to grow mine out! You just need a little motivation and then when you have pretty nails you don’t even want to bite anymore
there is two things I need to correct: the strongest shape is not square, it is oval. and the second is, even if your nails are damaged, it's better for you to actually wear something on them. if you don't like how colored polishes turn out, wear at least a clear one: a base and a top coat. the moment you leave them bare they'll start tearing off. 🤍
Wow!! You have beautiful nails! I wish I had nails like yours!! My nails are very short. I'm a nail biter. It's a really bad habit. I wish that I could stop biting my nails. I was never a nail biter, until the last few years. What do you recommend on how I can stop buying my nails?? Any suggestions would be great! Thank you!! ❤
Ugh I feel you on the acrylic and gel damage, these bad techs out there giving the trade a bad name. When done right acrylic removal should leave your nail underneath exactly as it was before you did the acrylic, so if it was healthy and long before it should be healthy and long again
i had to cut mine off for a microbiology class and i'm trying to grow them out again! it's also been 4 months for me but they aren't growing as well for some reason. Thanks for the video!
Honestly....my nails looked like yours WITHOUT having acrylics or gel nails or fake nails of any kind at all.....they alwasy are horrible. UNTIL i found the JULEP oxygen treatment (it's a pink solution).....no i'm not sponsored or trying to sell anything at all I'm just HIGHLY recommending that you paint your nails with that as a base coat every time. I was about to get acrylics when i gave that product a chance, and let me tell you i've never looked back!
This is actually working for me. As itchy as I am to paint my nails they have been weak and breaking. Two months into this they are stronger and are looking better. I plan on doing four months total of this.
im 14 ive been biting my nails ever since i can remember n every summer i grow them for a month but then start biting them again but ive stopped biting them n am definitely gonna try filing them down more!
Okay so the nails doesn’t have to breathe they are dead cells. And wearing nail polish can help because it protects the natural nail especially if they are thin and weak
TMI! I’ve gotten toe nail fungus and I’m on a mission to not only treat the fungus but start taking better care of all my nails so I can keep them healthy!
I did dip powder and it did the same thing, my nails are so thin than they have ever been and my nails are dry and scratchy. I’m never going to get dip again!!!
i'm not sure if my nail tech was just really good with prep or if i just got lucky but i got acrylic nails for the first time about a month ago and after took them off at home after about three weeks they had very little damage and it didn't affect my nail growth journey.
I would LOVE to see your makeup routine/tutorial! I love how natural yet absolutely beautiful you do your makeup/brows! Love all your vids on acting too.
i was such a nail bitter and finally stopped age 23!! and my nails are healthy and long now like hers. it takes patience and care. file like she says and use cuticle oils and use protein polish to help
I used to have beautiful nails and my grandmother noticed this and decided to get me acrylics. I got them done all the time and because acrylic is hard I got a habit of biting them. I took off my nails and now I have itty bitty buds for nails I want my old nails back 😭
I’m moving to California so I’m starting a good nail hair and skin routine also Shane Dawson’s videos have shook me up and I am considering going vegetarian again
Cleanest, clearest advice on the subject. That filing tip changed the game. My dumbass was letting split nails grow only to hurt my feelings and split even more. Slow and steady!
My nails are very thin and bendable and wearing nail polish is the only thing that keeps them from breaking constantly. I’ve noticed that if I go without polish I will have a break in the nail but if I wear if (especially if I do lots of layers) it gives and extra layer of protection and keeps them from breaking. Also jojoba oil is amazing for your nails.
I had beautiful natural nails. I got gels for graduation and she put them on waaay too thick. I got a technician to drill it off. A week later I got a French manicure and I now have brittle nails. Thanks for the video and encouragement. I’m really sad about it.
LOVE YOU!!! Your nails look gorgeous my lovely💕🙊 I’ve always had super strong nails that grew really easily and quickly but you inspired me a couple of years ago to adopt a weekly routine to keep them uniform and looking great xoxo
Finally, it has been some time since I saw her last nail video. I was gonna post a comment about her nail video but I thought I should just wait. Thankfully, I was patient enough. Haha.
Former life long nail biter, don't know how but stopped biting them suddenly last August... Since then I keep growing them out and cutting them once they get bothersome, hard to type nearly impossible to text etc... I cut them at the end of April and haven't done anything to them since, they are extremely bothersome now, not only do I have trouble typing and texting, it's not easy zipping my jeans or opening things I used to be able to open! Anyway, what brought me here is I have noticed the arch, or a curve that I have never noticed before, just trying to determine if this is normal, my nails sort of curve downwards, they are currently the longest that they have ever been and I'm not sure if this curve is normal or not and kind of scared myself searching the term "curved nails." I googled natural nails and that led me here, hoping to see whether or not the tips curve downward slightly, unfortunately I wasn't able to tell much from the video.
this is so helpful! i always kept my nails to grow out when it’s peeling a bit and have a small chip in the corner. so i shall file them T^T also need myself a nail buffer
I’ve been following her hair advice and it’s working also her nail growth I just stopped wearing nexagen and my nails are improving it’s been 2 months ♥️💝💝💝thank u I love ur advice bc it acutally works and is inexpensice
My mum always bit her nails and I picked up the habit from her. I was never able to stop for 24 years until this spring. It sounds silly, Animal Crossing: New Horizons helped me stop biting my nails! I got it on April 6th and quickly became obsessed with it. Before I knew it, I'd kicked my life-long nail biting habit because I'd kept my hands occupied for 4 months straight! 🥰💅🌈💜
Yeast tablets is also very good for good hair, skin and nails. Plus it stops mosquitoes from biting as they don't like the smell of you, you can't smell anything.
They look so much better, I have been having the same problem, just wondering when u do start painting them again , is SNS a good options as I have been doing shellac and found that it was causing my nails to break and split?
Do you think I have to File the flimsy nail All the way down to its strongest point or can I allow the flimsy nail to grow out and slowly file it over time? I appreciate it!
I have 3 nails that refuse to heal properly. So frustrating, they are the first to chip after painting but I also find my nails are stronger with nail polish on than naked. My other nails are great, they grow long and strong despite cleaning, light gardening etc. but these 3 other ones have flaked with every new growth.
If you have longer nails, don't use nail strengtheners! It's fine on shorter nails, but on long nails, they're known to snap off! You want to use jojoba oil, it helps your cuticles, and it makes your nails less dry, so with a normal base coat, it should just flex instead of snapping.
Exactly the same thing happened to my nails, so I'm using Sally Hansen's hard as nails streghtener and taking a Biotin supplement, been doing this for a month, they look so much better now.

You wouldn’t have any issues if you use a nail steamer to get your gel off. No damage.
Never heard of that. A nail steamer? Interesting...
who here has never had fake nails but still has really thin and damaged nails
If that's the case, you need to eat more healthy/nutrition filled foods and probably drink more water
Thin/weak nails can be due to dehydration or malnutrition or repeatedly wetting hands/nails as water gets in the nail and causes it to expand, let out natural oils and shrink when it dries
@@UndecisiveAngel thanks for that i have to keep filing my nails because they are so bendable. Nail polish is really helping because it adds a layer of protection. But still frustrated with my nails
Me
My nail polish chips and then I peel it off and it does that thin nail thing and gets bumpy and weird, any tips?
@@excusemeum....8053 I dont reccommend peeling it off because it removes a layer of nail and makes them more weaker than they already are just take off your nail polish with a safe nail polish remover and you should be fine also remember to put on nail oil or jojoba oil to keep ur nails flexible but not to the point to breaking.
Your "damaged" nails are my goals for the end of this year...
As a certified nail technician I can tell you nails done need to breathe, it's better to use nail polish and base coats because it adds another layer of protection it's also bad to get you're nails wet because they become thinner and can break much easier so use polish!
IT IS GOOD TO HEAR FROM AN EXPERT. THANKS.
Muslim girls: 😭
@@raudamushroom6343 I mean you can still wear nail polish
I have crippling depression6969 True but only for a week lol or some days
Should you use gel nail polish or just regular nail polish??
My number one tip: use pure Jojoba oil, it does wonders for your cuticles😘
Do you still need to push em back and do anything else for them or is only applying jojoba oil enough?
Just bought it.. hopefully it works
Jennifer Sian did it work 🤣
@@jenniferrsn I just see your comment now😂Did it work for you as well?
Ik this is late but trust me , jojoba oil dosnt make your nails grow in front of your eyes . Mainly it just makes your nails stronger but still flexible so if your close to breaking a nail. It might just flex instead of breaking .
Omg... They were so damaged 😰 but now they're better 💖💖💖
It’s great
Marlen Abrego her damaged nails are my normal nails 😂😂
That’s how my natural nails are
I'm guilty of nail biting and really want to grow my nails and take care of them. Thanks for the advice. Looking beautiful girl. ❤️
Mysterious Judgement how has your nail growth been going? I’m a nail biter too
Is it weird that I am jealous of my boyfriend because he has perfect nails they are strong,shiny,and gorgeous!!! And I am over here chewing my nails! ;-;
Lol
Reasons why I stopped wearing acrylics I don’t need them anymore because my nails grow really long and I stopped biting them :3
Blackpink uwu
Ugh I hate :3 I see it everywhere its so anoyying I'm sorry!
I had gel once this summer on my long nails and after only one week, because of the weight of the gel, all of my nails broke off
😱 it took me around 8 months to fully recover.✨ I’m glad your nails are getting better too!
I’ve been told to ALWAYS wear nail polish by multiple nail techs because it protects the nails.
I love you! 💖You're so authentic and real unlike a lot of other creators on this site! Your nails are so unning btw.
I loved this video. I had some acrylics years ago and one of my nails has a cracked thru the center that never healed, no matter what I do. It's so frustrating. Right now they are looking terrible, but I know they grow back if you love them. They love routines.
Yesss do a nail timelapse!
Im so glad they're back to being strong!
i havent bitten on my nails for a month and im amazed at how long theyve gotten in only a month!
Good job!! Clap clap 👏
I went through the same experience. So this is BEYOND helpful for me. Thanks for making this video.
Love from Argentina :)
Your makeup is beautiful!!!! So gorgeous
A nail growth time lapse would be very nice 👍🏼
there is two things I need to correct: the strongest shape is not square, it is oval. and the second is, even if your nails are damaged, it's better for you to actually wear something on them. if you don't like how colored polishes turn out, wear at least a clear one: a base and a top coat. the moment you leave them bare they'll start tearing off. 🤍
Thank you!! ❤
i missed your nail videos so much, so happy to see them again!
Ugh I feel you on the acrylic and gel damage, these bad techs out there giving the trade a bad name. When done right acrylic removal should leave your nail underneath exactly as it was before you did the acrylic, so if it was healthy and long before it should be healthy and long again
I use NAIL ENVY and works perfectly on my nails it grows very strong and long! Btw I like you video and you are so beautiful 😊
i had to cut mine off for a microbiology class and i'm trying to grow them out again! it's also been 4 months for me but they aren't growing as well for some reason. Thanks for the video!
Naomi Campbell Walking Same, LOL.
You are so helpful I was looking for a video that was exactly like yours to help my nails because of acrylics and now you saved me
I never wore nail polish. I never had acrylic nails. Yet my nails look EXACTLYYYYYY like your damaged ones..
It is maybe your diet that does that or maybe you don't moisturize them enough
Isabella you are soo helpful love your videos ., keep going .. love yaa
im 14 ive been biting my nails ever since i can remember n every summer i grow them for a month but then start biting them again but ive stopped biting them n am definitely gonna try filing them down more!
Okay so the nails doesn’t have to breathe they are dead cells. And wearing nail polish can help because it protects the natural nail especially if they are thin and weak
I’ve been rewatching all your vids haha thanks for posting!! I’m obsessed w youu ✨
Your nails look great, I use nail envy have done for years and I rub coconut oil or CND solar oil to moisturise my nails !!!
i'm not sure if my nail tech was just really good with prep or if i just got lucky but i got acrylic nails for the first time about a month ago and after took them off at home after about three weeks they had very little damage and it didn't affect my nail growth journey.
I would LOVE to see your makeup routine/tutorial! I love how natural yet absolutely beautiful you do your makeup/brows! Love all your vids on acting too.
You have such beautiful natural nails!
i was such a nail bitter and finally stopped age 23!! and my nails are healthy and long now like hers. it takes patience and care. file like she says and use cuticle oils and use protein polish to help
I used to have beautiful nails and my grandmother noticed this and decided to get me acrylics. I got them done all the time and because acrylic is hard I got a habit of biting them. I took off my nails and now I have itty bitty buds for nails I want my old nails back 😭
I wish you to get your beautiful natural nails back
I’m moving to California so I’m starting a good nail hair and skin routine also Shane Dawson’s videos have shook me up and I am considering going vegetarian again
Ever heard of fresh pressed orange juice for a nail bath? Seems to work wonders 👍🏼
Cleanest, clearest advice on the subject. That filing tip changed the game. My dumbass was letting split nails grow only to hurt my feelings and split even more. Slow and steady!
I’ve never been so early, I’m so happy that your nails are growing back ❤️💖💝💗✨
I wish people stopped saying acrylic damaged their nails, when it all comes to a bad application or removal...
@@haze1h Buffing the surface applies for gel as well. It is all in the hands of the technician, and the product has nothing to do with it.
You're safeing my life rn while quarantine ❤️
I had beautiful natural nails. I got gels for graduation and she put them on waaay too thick. I got a technician to drill it off. A week later I got a French manicure and I now have brittle nails. Thanks for the video and encouragement. I’m really sad about it.
isabella: my nails were thin, chipping, dry and peeling
me: hmm 🤔 sounds pretty much like mine
Found such a good nail oil that works amazingly! It's the Recovery Oil 8-in-1 - it's a Boots one, but it's so good!
Can u send the link for the oil? If u got it online
Don’t worry, that’s normal for long nails. :)
@@justapersonontheinternet1515 LOL ty I was really getting concerned.
Look into Ibx nail treatment, I've tried it since my nails were damaged from gels. IT WOTKS!
this is so helpful! i always kept my nails to grow out when it’s peeling a bit and have a small chip in the corner. so i shall file them T^T
also need myself a nail buffer
LOVE THIS!! I am going to the pharmacy right now to buy some products and I will take your advice! Thank you x
That is such a cute story omg 😭😭
I've bitten my nails for so long that they have a reddish colour instead of the normal fleshy colour. Is this reversible?
Yeast tablets is also very good for good hair, skin and nails. Plus it stops mosquitoes from biting as they don't like the smell of you, you can't smell anything.
Her:*nails need to breeth so i leave them bare*
Cristine has left the chat
Skelly gurl simply logicalnails? If that’s the Wright person I’m thinking about then this makes a lot of sense and it’s very funny 😆😂
Just took my acrylics off so I’m gonna try those basecoats out! Thanks😊
My nails where perfect. Then school became stressful and i would pick at the skin around my nails (cuticles). Im now trying to stop
Cat Queen 100 me too omg
Yess ive been waiting for a nail video! Im growing mine and my thumb especially is quite long and you've really inspired and helped me!
They look so much better, I have been having the same problem, just wondering when u do start painting them again , is SNS a good options as I have been doing shellac and found that it was causing my nails to break and split?
Trying to grow out my nails, yours look amazing 😭 also what lip color are you wearing????? I'm obsessed!
Nailtiques bought my nails back to life. Also, biotin.
After my nails were demaged from acrylic they were as thin as paper. I just put a coat of gel on. Without buffing them of course. It works. Trust me.
U mean gel polish or gel nails?
your damaged nails are my current nails! Lol. I’m embarking on this journey to take care of them
Exactly the same thing happened to my nails, so I'm using Sally Hansen's hard as nails streghtener and taking a Biotin supplement, been doing this for a month, they look so much better now.
I bite my nails and they’re so damaged so officially now I’m growing them out and gonna work on getting them nice
If its hard just wear gloves
OMGGGGGG YOURE BAACK IM MISSED U
