I am sure the Blue Lagoon owners and staff want the facility to stay open as much as possible. They do seem to be pushing the envelope a little bit more before each eruption.

The Eruption back then must have been larger....the lava chunks look like Rocks! Yellowstone spits out rocks from Geysirs.
