I just bought the Milwaukee M18 Fuell Hammer drill and driver combo. Because Harbor Freight sold so much junk in the past, I never considered them. Fortunately, I got my Milwaukee tools for a spectacular price, or I would've been mad that I missed the new Hercules brushless products. People are saying these newer devices are made along side the Milwaukee in the same factory.
This new brushless line is super nice. I have all Milwaukee m18 and m12 line for work. Lots of tool. I decided to go with Hercules for home stuff because of the price for the brushless impact driver and hammer drill. And these suckers are super nice. They compare easily to my gen 3 m18 Milwaukee impact driver and hammer drill. And the batteries are considerably cheaper
Very nice! I'd definitely like to see the Lag Bolt challenge, but you might want to look for shorter 1/4" to socket adapters for less torque loss. Also...Tire shops should be using properly spec'd torque sticks on their impacts! That way they shouldn't be ABLE to over tighten the lugs before they use the torque wrench...But you know how that goes. ;-) Anyway, great video! I like the format, and await the tear-down. I wonder if you could switch the anvil from a impact wrench into the driver...Just a thought.
im going to see if i can when i tear it apart lol i love the size and if it was a impact wrench i think it would hit much harder and yes i have been looking for smaller ones i have some milwuakee but cannot find them! lol thanks
Man. An anvil swap would be amazing! Imagine putting a 3/8" anvil in it. Probably make more beans. 180 ft lb in 1/4", would probably make 220 ft lb in 3/8".
So how are you still liking it? I am growing my tool collection, and I've decided to go with Hercules. From what I have seen initially, it seems like this is a solid brand, and the five-year in store warranty adds so much value to me.
@@toolsonabudget7763 That is much better than I thought. I read the terms of the warranty on the HF website and it claims you must have the receipt, but if it's stored under your number then that makes the deal sweeter.
Definitely a cheap knockoff of the M18 fuel gen4. And it's only a good deal if you already own a battery and charger since they don't sell it in a bundle.
Not true! HF had a sale this past weekend for tool, 2aH battery and charger for $89! Find me a Gen 4 with battery and charger for $89. Hell find a Gen 3/3.5 bundle for that price lol The power is right there my my Gen 3😎
That impact driver is badass!

I got that and it's a beast
This impact has more modes then my dewalts

Same here lol and i ended up liking them a lot
Same here!
M18 impact wrench and batteries are $100 cheaper on Amazon than in store for Harbor Freight and you get an entire battery more getting Milwaukee
@@sethrosene5765 Catch the sales for the deals! Don't pay retail unless you have an emergency
Amazon has them $150 cheaper for a set plus an extra battery than retail so not sure what your talking about
Impressive results. That's got a lot of torque
Yes feels very strong was impressed
Great video 👌can't wait to try mine out
Hope you enjoy
You were talking about stretching the lugs when you over torque with a high torque

Reliability these are up there with the big boys no issues so far really like it
this impact broke 500 ft pound bolts in another video i watched......thats unreal for a 1/4 inch impact.....crazy good driver here, just got one today
The limiting factor is my adapter lol feels very strong
Looks like a very confident tool, definitely worth a buy
I have one i love mine is powerful matter fact i love mine so much i had to buy another one
I might be buying this. I had a porter cable set, it was great..they got stolen.
Awesome review. Now I'm wondering if harbor freight will put a 3/8 anvil? Or maybe someone might retro for this with a 3/8 anvil.
Stay tuned for my dissasembly i might try to retrofit one
😎😉
Account and ID and has to be in stock in store (in my local store)
That’s convenient after the camera was shut off😂
Ya lol but i swear it did haha
But it did struggle id say the torque is right on the dot with what they claim whoch would be a first lol
I want one. The warranty requires a receipt so you know.
They store them with your number forgot to mention it lol

Nop
The Dewalt Atomic is the same size as the Dewalt 840 which is like 5.8". The Dewalt Atomic is garbage. The Dewalt 840 hit's harder.
It's small and stubby. That's what my gf used to say about me.
Lol if it works it works lol
@@toolsonabudget7763 She said its tiny & it wiggles, & then i roll over & go to sleep.
x.q.me. sir the mustang car on the picture is so bad i love it... that car reminds me my 95 gt 5.0 mustang..
Thank you good sir lol
