Ever notice how the day gets better as your leaving the doctors/dentist office? The air fresher, the sun warmer and the birds sing chirpier. It's one of those thing that you know you need to do but a lot of us understand getting nervous about it. Thanks for bring us along on your journeys.

Eliminately the acidic from your menu will slowly correct your pH levels. Coffee with expresso is a big no no. I would like to also suggest that you consider cutting back on the amount of time you spend on production of these youtube videos. Maybe upload three times a week or less. The way you not only record everyday but spend countless hours in the production and rendering of vlogs must surely drain you and aggravate your health issues. The quality of your life is of great value and it seems that you may be of a mindset that you are more concerned about the viewers that start every morn with your video in their daily routine than you are about your own wellbeing. Your fans would understand if you cut back. The quality of your life is as valuable as the greatest currency. *again, nice heartfelt video this.

Hate to say it but Tim Horton`s might be responsible for the gut pain...try eliminating coffee for a few days...or if that`s too much to bear cut out the expresso shot and cut back to a med....yogurt might help too......love your vlogs, they really cheer me up.....hope you feel better soon :)

HI MOM! That stuff they made you swallow sounds like radioactive material. It lights up your interior organs for X-rays, cause X-rays only really show your bones, right? That radioactive stuff has isotopes in it that makes your innards glow in the dark for the X-ray machine~ Don't worry, you'll pass it out of your body in a few days.(I'm just saying what it sounds like, I'm not a doctor, so don't take my word for it)
