Thanks so much. I am going through a very tough time with a critical spouse and this is helping me so much. 25 mins is a great length. I love the music and sounds of waves but find a background thrumming sound very distracting. Am going to look through your videos but could you do some without this please? I am guessing it is something that helps some people. Thank you also for your very good mindfulness guidance and reading the Psalms and encouragements about God's love. I look forward to check out your other tracks and patreon. Thank you

This is my first time here. I listened, breathed, and then farther along, I wept at God knowing me before I was born. I realized that the first and last thing we do in earthly life is to breathe: at birth, inhale, and at death, exhale. Christ gave his breath to the disciples, even after he was crucified and died, but he resurrected and had breath again. In this one meditation, you have changed my life. Thank you through God.
