Great review! This movie was in the first box set I ever reviewed on my channel, and is the reason I ended up watching the first three Howling movies first! Ironically, I probably would have liked this movie better if I hadn’t seen the others first. The plot relies heavily on the mystery of what’s happening, but it’s hardly a mystery if you’ve seen the first three movies! The melting and face-ripping scenes are cool though.
I almost accepted a job on Howling the marsupials but skipped it cause I got into uni .. sort of wish I hadn't 😊 regarding odd and little known 1980s horror and nuns .. the movie Nomads 1986. It's interesting has a great cast, It's a bit creepy and has an interesting premise it has some pacing issues but I like it ..😢 have you seen it Dice?

Nomads is interesting its sort of a horror drama.. yes I was in Western Australia when filming was about to start on marsupials and had worked on a local film which had wrapped with the same crew who were contracted to do the new shoot., but I had just been accepted into Art school so went with that instead ..in hindsight I shld have taken the job.. lol
Financiers backed out Clive Turner reshot the film to be needlessly sexual Hough got sidelined. really this video could be retitled Clive turner: The monster

Between this one and the first film, you can definitely tell which one was written by a screenwriter who later got two Oscar nominations

i did a review of the howling francise. the only thing i really liked about this movie was the creative transformation towards the end.
I have never gone past the third one.

Clive turner ruined what could've been a great remake of the novel. Budget problems aside, it would've come out somewhat better.
