Hey man check the upper track guides on your skid ...its possible the 13.5 track might jam in between the guides and rip the track off ...happed to a guy here in New Brunswick . Easy fix ..you just have to add or move the steel guides in closer ...good luck buddy ..i enjoy your videos !

So a couple of things -the bolt backs out because cat didn't design it with opposite threading screws. They use same thread screw direction so one comes undone and chaos happens. -i couldn't see but you may want to drill the top hat on the fuel pump and run the return line back to it. It's current position is above the secondary at the gas tank. You can vac cap that part. -boosy kinetics makes a fuel relay for the fuel pump that keeps it running off the battery and a more consistentvoltage to the pump. -you pulled the brake caliper and at that point I would suggest popping the pistons out and getting all that nasty brake fluid out. In reverse bleed mine and still had some black fluid in it. -you may want to check your injectors as we are close to max at the 300+ levels and some have had some damage to pistons. You probably already did that stuff but it's just some of the stuff I have learned and done to my 998.
If you ratchet strap down your rear skid shock you don't have to take the rear wheels out. Makes is really easy to pop the skid in and out. Then just release the strap and remove it when you have it in place.

I was just watching your video, I have a 2013 renegade adrenaline 1200 with almost 35000kms, it runs great, my only issue is the reverse not going in gear while running other than that it's a awesome sled

Should be only 1/2” circumference difference between the 9-2.86 and 10-2.52 drivers. If you want the bigger drivers and big wheel kit, you will need a 136 track.

Pete I have a question for ya. I own a old sled, Polaris 1990 Indy trail Deluxe (488cc) I bought this track 129'" X 15" X1.25" . But the problem with this its pitch is a 2.86.. My sled is a 2.52 pitch with a 9 Tooth drive cog sprocket. Is there a way I can swap drive cogs to run this track I bought? Or am I out to lunch in thinking I can do this.
The best thing to do is a good port head ! I make one of the best port in that world! Able to bring turbo improve to another world with better number hp since 10 years people where at max since I came to the game! If u want real top speed power bring me yours I promess u good result ! We would use a skiving tool similar to that on conveyor belts at my previous job. It makes quick work of cutting rubber.

You might want to check the location of lower snap ring in chaincase, im pretty sure it goes on after both gears are on, not between them
They sell a off set wheel adapter for bigger wheels. Grip n Rip make them I believe.

compress your front shock with a strap and un hook the rear spring to gain xtra room to get it in so your skid is mostly flat to get in the track
