I'm tempted to call this "Grime Metal" but any box smaller than "Alternative" wouldn't do this awesome twosome justice. They combine influences no one else has thought of combining to make a truly unique sound.
This number is a heady witches brew of Gothic Horror, Pulp Fiction, Rn'B, Hip-Hop, funk and Hard Rock, that could have turned out a mess but the Twins always seem to turn out a finely-baked multi-layered cake.
The strongest points are the bass/rap combo verses interleaved with the singalong hard rock chorus, with all sorts to colour in this essential structure. A compelling enjoyable listen. My Score: Very Good 4*
Yeah I organise my spotify playlists into genre folders and I didn't know where to put Nova Twins. Maybe that's a good thing haha.
