Something I would love to see, is to be able to route the audio input to any of the outputs, other than the headphone one. I don't thing it's possible now but it could probably be done in a future update.
could prove useful but, assuming your source audio comes from a mixing-desk, might be just as well to route within the desk to your monitor sends. By all means suggest it to the developers.
Yesterday I took delivery of my new B.Beat and I have been getting familiar with it. One thing that was a bit hit and miss was the transfer of files using the Ethernet cable, for some reason the unit would simply lose connection with the B.Beat manager software and I would have to restart. Strangely the most reliable connection seems to be the wifi network. I think there should be a video tutorial on how to setup your PC's ethernet settings, my laptop seems to recognise the B.Beat and connects without any problems in the manager software, however my desktop PC simply will not connect and I have spent hours trying. By routing the click and the cue's to the headphone output allows me to make full use of six outputs purely for tracks, if you plan to "pan" your clicks and cue's, make sure you add stereo tracks, not mono. If you want to run videos with audio, you have to add the separate audio wav / mp3 first and then add the video file - this will then allow you to playback videos with sound. I hope in future updates they add FLAC files - that would be great, still a bit confused how the unit converts audio to its native format of wav 48 khz 24bit, defeats the object of using MP3's to save space.?
Many thanks for this video, it explains things very well
Thanks for the comments. Admittedly, not a high-productive presentation but the sort of thing i wish i knew when i first got the b-beat
@@SLATEB0Y Your video certainly helped me decide to buy the unit - should have it next week, be good to keep in touch - I am UK based, near Guildford
@@russchadd8322 Cool. I'm UK too. Keep us updated with your experience of the b-beat and how it all goes

could be a firewall issue? Regarding file sizes, there is no benefit to transferring MP3. Take a look here:

@@SLATEB0Y Problem solved - It was Nord VPN blocking the ethernet connection!
@@russchadd8322 thanks for sharing that info.Could be useful for others to look out for it

Nice video
cheers, Steve
Thanks for another nice video! What you use in "cheatvox"? Its have no output asigned, muted and not into drummer phone
it is a lead-vocal used for rehearsal sessions when the singer cant attend. Virtually redundant, hence its not assigned to any output.
