I am told that I need to change valve cover due to sealing problem. There were oil on spark plug caps during spark plug change process. Can't I change just sealing?

Do you like the aftermarket valve cover ? I've always used OEM and yes they are around 500 bucks but I hear the aftermarket fail constantly.
So far it seems fine. This one came with a good warranty, so we will see

Yes, but these valve covers fail internally all too often, so id would replace the complete assembly.
What about the pcv valve. Where is it I just bought a new cover but not sure where the pcv valve is

It's a junk intake someone put on it. Just a cone filter , not even a real kit
