Aussie rules is followed in all states. May not be as popular as rugby league in qld or nsw but it’s still massive. Soccer is dying, and the national league is on the verge of bankruptcy.
Besides no real fan would call it soccer

Your there and your fighting for a premiership, your good enough to be there
Either accept it or whinge about it
West coast in 1993 semi finals played injured players cost them a premiership, but nobody cares
