I have used liion batteries to make battery pack which has 14s (58.8v) I have connected a BMS to the pack (BMS cutoff voltage is 42v but in my case my BMS is cutting of at 48v) how can I solve this.? Thanks

Wrong ! Big mistake ! Electrolytic capacitors are never measured in pico farads, they are always measured in Micro farad.
