I see you everywhere.
These videos are always bittersweet to me. It’s just so sad that humans who have the ability and the resources to make sure that this world is around for generations to come. Yet so many behave so careless and thoughtless about such a wonderful gift. We are supposed to be earth protectors yet we’ve turned into its destroyer and that is so sad to me. But it really encourages me to see videos like this and realize that there are still a lot of good people in the world who are trying desperately to undo what the not so good people are doing. Thank you to all the people who put their safety on the line to rescue animals!
Christine: Excellent comment. I know just how you feel. I think the same way. There is so much the world could be doing for both humans, animals and the environment but we seem to concentrate on war, profits and evil.
I say that same thing all the time, we were giving our gifts to help take care of the planet and be its keepers yet most do the opposite and are doing so much damage. I hope someday everyone wants to take care of our planet and before its too late or something really bad happens to wake every one up.
Just encourage everyone you know to stop eating fish (no more fish nets). Get your omega-3s in other ways. You have more power than you know.
@@adulthumanfemale8666 true, but there are a lot of other problems that need to be solved, too. Like people illegally hunting wild animals down for their horns or fur. Or people abusing their own pets or just dumping them on the street to starve instead of seeking help.
N45441, some people can only get amega 3’s From fish because they’re allergic to nuts like myself. I wish that there was a way to register their nets like having an ID code on the net somehow to Identify who’s nets are who’s. Then if their nets are found in the ocean on an animal orotherwise they can be fined large amounts of money that could be used to clean up our oceans. Then maybe the fishermen will think twice before just letting their nets be lost/left in our oceans. I think it’s more a matter of responsibility on the part of the fisherman and if it’s mandated and actually enforced properly than everyone would be better off for it. That’s just my point of you I certainly respect yours. I just can’t promise you that I’m going to give up fish it’s a staple in my diet.

This breaks my heart. I fish in Newquay harbour (in Cornwall) annually and I see these beautiful creatures all the time. It is because of some irresponsible fishermen that things like this happen. Tidy up after yourself and keep it safe for other people and wildlife. It takes two minutes and saves a world of pain. How irresponsible can you be?!
It is so admirable and inspiring that these rescuers risked their personal safety to help this little creature. Great job.

Poor baby, it broke my heart to see that net wrapped around his neck, I’m so happy that they were there to help him. I hate seeing animals suffer, especially animals that live in the water, seeing things wrapped around them caused by us humans throwing things in the ocean.

I heard he's currently awaiting trial and it's not looking good for him because the jury is a bunch of seals and they tend to be biased against nets
Spongebob: I read a comment on another video which I thought was a darn good idea. There should be a way that the owner of the nets can be identified so they can be charged if animals, sea life etc is hurt or destroyed by their equipment.
