- This is not the usual content I post. I just felt the need to share my version of the Automaton and Terminid soundtrack. I believe it to be the most accurate recreation that stays true to the game.
Soundtrack is composed by the amazing Wilbert Roget, II.
Terminids: A primal, rabid-like vibe to their theme
Automatons: Hateful, dreadful to the point where it sounds like a march.
perfectly describes both factions
Heavy! on- Ah!
Helldivers never die!
*dink dink dididink.*
LIBERTY SAVE ME!
"coming in hot!"
"Helldiver lost. deploying reinforcements"
"nailed 'em!"
Translated because why not:
Helldiver spots Bile Titan on top of him but gets ragdolled, interrupting him
Helldiver uses a stim
Helldiver punches in 5 stratagem directions, probably for Eagle 500 kg
Helldiver screams "LIBERTY SAVE ME!" as he tosses the stratagem beacon
Eagle 1 says "Coming in hot!" as she drops the 500 kg
The Helldiver dies in the 500 kg, and is reinforced automatically by Mission Control (probably playing solo)
Eagle 1 comments "Nailed 'em!"
This gives me flashbacks to the Supercolony Meridia. Unending hordes of Bile Titans, more unwanted hunters than EA Games, The fucking Terminid Air Force at extraction. It was the Creek but tenfold. So many divers were lost in the short span that we fought there.
Good riddance, i remember the face of fear as i realised my squad wasnt making it back alive.
1:20 that entry riff is forever stuck in my head, it just screams, "BUG TUNNEL BREACH!"
man it doesn't get old, at least... not when I'm listening to it outside of the game lol
No Bile Titan cue? I'm sorry but I must declare this incomplete
I'm sorry, sir. I reconstructed this with playing on difficulty 3 in mind. There are no Bile Titans here.
(This is a joke)
In all seriousness, I like to think of the Bile Titan music as a whole separate track. Granted, all of the Bile Titan clips cumulatively makes it about only a minute in total run-time which is a shame. I hope you enjoyed my version of the music regardless!
@@Captainjul You're good. Having tried to splice something similar together for another game, I understand how difficult it is to get the audio to merge together smoothly. Yours was almost what I've been looking for, in fact. No chance you can plug in the Bile Titan as the last minute climax?
@@MasterObservato In fact, the audio source for this game is so amazing that it's overwhelming. Every intro, outro, and transition is there if you have the patience to find it. Any sequence you can imagine is possible, which is part of the problem. :D
I can already hear the chirps of those damned Hunters
3:34 5 hunters tailing you and you ran out of stims
Sweet liberty, this might be the best version on RUclips at the moment. Super Earth thanks you for your service!!
The PTSD is kicking in...
3:40 goes so hard omg i love the low brass
POV: the minor place of interest that was only supposed to be a "side quest" turns into an all out frontline war
This sounds like Star wars
Both have orchestal soundtrack
So yes.
that's why orquestral is superior to cinematic music, orquestra is made for war
Heavy, South!
SO MANY BUUUUUGGGSSS!!!!!
It sounds like Indiana jones
