- This is my new project 2007 Kenworth T600. The rear box is the Mobile Home section of the truck. Over the next year or more I will be converting it into a living area. I will also use the truck for camping, race weekends and track days. Should be fun wish me luck! #kenworth
It’s listed as an RV so no CDL required. It weighs 20,800 lb. 11600 on the front the rest on the rear. Even if I was checked is within limits. It has a new certification sticker on the door for MGVW 32,000 lb.
That's 1 of the New Century truck , they shot down years ago . Great trucks , automatic , Studio Sleeper 96" , I almost bought 1 back in 2013. Very nice set up , congratulations !!!!
Thanks. It's been a bit away from big trucks. I drove over the road when I was 24 years young (1988). Mack cruise liner, F model Mack and a few others. 10 speeds 13,18 nice that it's an automatic. I shift enough during the races.

Nearly perfect - just wish the cab connected to the rear and it'd be perfect. Looks beautiful, though!

They took my CDL after having a heart attack I had a pacer/Defib. Love to have something like that to drive as personal vehicle and piss off the DOT.

T600 2007 last year before the emission control changes. I only know that because I watch a documentary somewhere
All the mechanical work should be done tomorrow!! I will post a new video on the completed work this coming week.

Wouldn't it have been better if you could have entered the big sleeping camping area box on the back if you could have entered it through the truck sleeping compartment

I think it is but these trucks go for 2-3 million or more. I won't be putting very much more on it.
This being essentialIy a semi truck, 1 million miles is nothing really. Many hit 2 million and some hit 3 or 4 million.

They can’t. It’s classified as a RV
Wikipedia shows T660 starting in 2008. My title was changed to Kenworth Mobile Home in 2014 under the model on the title.
They built T600s for the 2007 model year and all 2007 T660s were sold as 2008s.

You still have to have an air brake endorsement to drive it legally.
I will look into that. State of Ohio recreational vehicle in the Ohio revised code does not list any requirements. Thanks

I like it! I would just unbolt the high top off of the roof and cut off the hardware.
We did take a look at that and its a little move involved. Definitely will be doing that at a future date. When we go to paint the new rear wall it would be a good time to take it off. Thanks for the comment.

You sure that is a T600 not a T660 with a T600 hood.. Since they stoppped making them in 2006.

It’s a February truck
Just got back from the kenworth Dealer. Had to get some parts. They use the the vin to look up parts. It's definitely T600. Thanks for making me look it up.
