As a locksmith, I'm going to let you know that although it was a good attempt at doing the key. It was not the tool or your key that was the issue. Not having proper knowledge of the programming procedures and systems of that vehicle is why you encountered road blocks in the process. Having all the necessary information is particularly important when making car keys.

Wrong key for sure or wrong remote generated. Xhorse generated remote and manual procedure will do the job. Not the tool is the problem. Research before starting a job.

Great vid, it's about time someone shows what a pain in the arse this stuff can be, VVDI pretty much ignores us here in Oz but keep buying their stuff.

Its a shame they dont invest in someone explain how to use the tools. Their engineers are obviously pretty good, but the manuals and english translations are lacking.

Your failure was that you did not do the remote thing at 8:49 . step one go to clone remote. then you press the orignial remote key. and you see the frequency in the display, and the cryptaition mode. ASk/FSK. I.e 433.9 fsk. Go to viechle remote and choose your cars remote. be sure it has the same frequency and ask/fsk. when this is done. the remote part is ready, Now generate a transponder. you can see what type of transponder you need if you read the old transponder in clone transponder. After this. do what you did.

Lots and lots of tips! For one, never go by the image on the screen. If you hit “Find Bitting” it’ll tell you if the key that was decoded is a valid key code or not. Two, definitely the procedures and knowing what is and what isn’t is critical e.g. Mazda doesn’t have a “master” key and “valet” keys. That could easily throw some people off! Thats just a few I noticed first watch

The Bluetooth vvdi tool is useless to be honest, get a key tool plus direct connection and u will have no trouble.. Usually those remotes go in with the immo at the same time. Keytool plus also let's u auto diagnose the immo system..

You speak on Xhorse as if there is crap. We all use Xhorse cutters. They make good stuff. Autel and Xhorse handle all my locksmith needs. Also, everyone I know uses 1.5 blades on everything. The only thing that sucks about this cutter is you can't progress cuts. Also when you pick the location you don't pick where the car was made. You pick where you are. So if I program a Nissan I pick the USA, not Asia. Also when you communicate with the tool you turn the car on rather the key is programmed or not turn it on. If you are doing a push to start you would use the flashers to keep the car on to communicate. When you're using a key that has a transponder not attached to the MB. That means the key and fob are separate. They can't program together because they are 2 separate things. Using the tool programs the chip. The fob is programmed on board.

If you are a locksmith and understand this stuff, why don't you do videos helping others? There are 1000s of people all over the world buying these tools that need help! Is there a reason you dont want to help other out?

@@testandtune6096 thank you. Like for real on my other channel I posted videos from the manufacturer xtools and lock smith made the same comments. They’re the most unhelpful and rude people you could imagine. They lock down their community and make it quite the chore to self teach at every opportunity

You discredit the tool and the people who made the tool and key, why because of ulterior motives. To discredit China.shame on you.
