My First Ever Visit to Carowinds! (Coaster Con 45 Day 5) | June 2023

DISCLAIMER: This video was filmed on June 22nd, 2023 (I’m very sorry for the delay in my editing). This was filmed a few days before Fury cracked, and a few months before Intimidator changed its name.
Carowinds is an amusement park that sits on the border between North and South Carolina, and it’s been in my bucket list for years. It has an amazing top lineup of coasters from the intense Afterburn, the airtime-filled Intimidator (now called Thunder Striker), Copperhead Strike with its multiple launches, and the legendary Fury 325 which is considered one of the best steel coasters in the world. I finally got to experience this park during Coaster Con with the American Coaster Enthusiasts, where I got to ride all the coasters and enjoy the special events the park had for us.

Fury 325 has a new voice that tells you what to do while riding the roller coaster Carowinds put a new voice in 2024. The old voice must have been outdated. Fury 325 opening up in 2015 on March 28th. Carowinds had a soft opening for the ride on March 25th.
