Been playing around in Garage Band with the Mini Tuna. I went to download the software and and also didn't have any luck on my MacBook Pro running High Sierra, but was able to upload successfully on my Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit desktop. I ordered the Nektar Impact LX 25+ with plans to return the Tuna Mini. I will decide once I play around with the software and see how it goes. I may just keep it around for my daughter. If I am able to open the software in my Mac, I'll let you know!
a software workaround for those using mac: the manual tells you to open the software while the keyboard is connected. in my case, the software didn't load while it's connected, but it loads when it isn't connected. if you download the chinese version of the program, it works properly. so what you can do is edit all the parameters you want on the english version (with the keyboard not connected), save the preset file, open the chinese version (with the kb connected), load the preset and send it to any memory slot on the kb. even with a bit of practice you can do things right away in the chinese version. hope it works for you all!
Yes! This method worked for me! Thanks!! I opened the english one when it is not connected, took a screenshot of it so I could look at it side by side when im using the chinese one.
Not bad for around £30. I've got most I need controller wise (static & portable) but having pads & mixer sliders /pan pots together on a mini instead of all separate for £30 is worth trying. Those LEDs on the Panda are for octave shifting & not bank changing like on my Korg nano? You could expand to fit the whole tracks if so.
its work on windows 10 but it seems misunderstand..for example. i built faders from 0-7 to ch1 , send it to keyboard and when i am trying to bulit faders for ch2 destroy the previews... xan you upload some .worlde files please? thank you..
Did you open a DAW software at the same time? Please check it on Task Manager. If you turn on the DAW software and the editor together, the midi channel will be occupied by the DAW software first. So that the editor cannot load. Try quit DAW software, and just open the Worlde Editor.
I see you got the software issue worked out. I just wanted to say that generally I have no use for mfg. software since I’m only using it as a midi controller. MIDI is MIDI no matter what box you stick it in. It’s been around for decades so it’s tried and true. I think it’s important to deliberately and clearly differentiate between a synth-keyboard and a midi-controller because these days, with all the buttons and knobs, they look very similar. The worst thing that could ever happen is a child gets this keyboard for Christmas that doesn’t work because it doesn’t have speakers, headphone jacks, built in voicings/sounds/beats, etc. If you haven’t already, it might be a good video to explain what MIDI is, how it works, and how to differentiate something that plays right out of the box vs. something that will need to be interfaced with DAW software (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic, Digital Performer, Pro Tools, etc.) and/or standalone VST/ASIO soft-synths.
Hi also is a problem whit DAW software that runs on line if you connection on the Internet gets cut out or lower your tuna midi will shuts off or give you a craking noise on you recordings. I spend several hours trying to make mi works you are correct about starting you're DAW firsts but you need to use the editor to make settings manually and is very important beside send your settings to you keyboard you nee to send it to the selection under that said working memory in the editor on the tuna mini unit dedicate a pad #2 to storage your settings then by using the bottom mark shift you pad #2 will lift up you press it and you settings be on you unit but do this after you DAW is open and after is open plugged in your tuna unit and call your settings by pressing shift another important issue is that windows 10 see this out brand software is a virus threat and will try to encourage you not to use it just shut virus protection off line course and unzipped then just get it back on good luck
Hey i have an imac os x el captain verison 10.11.6 . I just bought the mac and the panda mini about 2 days ago i have no apps installed (not even a DAW) i downloaded the software from the worlde site however the application doesnt work(same as you were getting) can you help me please? What can i do?
My fix was to rub the midi controller software first then the daw , but if you don’t have a daw then I don’t know. Try the audio/midi app that comes with your Mac, maybe it has to be setup first
@@gregkocis thank you for your quick reply. I will install a DAW and try your way. I tried the midi setup that came with the mac and i was able to test the keyboard it makes sounds when i hit the keys but not like instruments (guess am not sure what to do next) Hopefully when i get a Daw everything will work as intenteded. Will let y'all know. THANKS
@@ShattaRoadRekrdz were you able to find a fix for the software issue? I run High Sierra 10.13.6 . and am unable to get it to work, I use Reaper DAW, but also have a blank screen when I download the editor
my friend gift me a worlde tuna mini, what software did you use for the tuna mini? cause i dont know how to set it up on fl studio hope you notice this, thank you :)
I like the pads better on the Panda better and I like the mod and pitch bend on the Tuna - it all depends on what you're looking for other than that they're pretty much the same.
Your should refrace this as an Apple/MacOS problem. As Rona Christman says this problem is on Apple/MAC only - not Windows 10. Apple has a big tendency to sneak in limitations on non propretary products. Hence the "problem" is Apple, not the keyboards. After Apple bought Logic the software was discountiued for Windows. That kind of hints Apples attitude. I never use Apple products!
Hi. I recently bought this midi controller (worlde tuna mini) but I was unable to enter the website to download the software and edit the presets :( Will someone have the installer for windows 10 who can send me, please? I hope not to die ignored :(
Im sorry to say this but you end up in a conclusion that this cheap device is a trash, well its not for its price. And one more thing, if you ask help from the technical support pls follow the steps and reply, do not conclude on things you'r not good at. Thank you

Update: The software problem was fixed. Just open the software before opening your DAW.

I have the worlde mimi i can't get any to download on my mac? Any help would be great 👍🏾 God bless 🙏🏾
Any what? Check here for their downloads. www.worlde.com.cn/list_20/
@@gregkocis sorry about that... couldn't get anything to download...I do have garage band now so i am getting sound just no drums or percussion
Are these junk or comparable to the akai 25 key mpc keyboard etc.
this midi is good for the beginners and very affordable. check my videos for more 😊
I can say it's comparable. The only problem for me is just the material. It looks like cheap plastic
It not ok I have disconnecting issues and their software sucks
I've downloaded my software to my MAC and it Does NOT work at all. What am I missing...?
I don’t know. That’s what I say in the video, and after writing to them they never offered a fix for the software.

how do you set up different colors on the panda pads ?
The manual says to hold the cc mode button and the right and left arrow buttons to change colors the pad. But that didn't work for me.
Greg Kocis same for me. i cant change it. Mine is Red by default
Does it work well on tracktion t7?

This is a midi controller. There is no sounds in it

Does this PANDA works with LOGIG PRO X?
Yes
Where is the volume on the tuna mini
I don't think there is a default volume, it is a MIDI controller you can assign knobs to do things such as volume
Mac Catalina blocks many software now unless you download from the app mac store
Did you get the software to work yet?
No. They never answered my email.
Does worlde panda mini needs fl studio to have the piano sounds?
This is a midi controller, it doesn’t have any of its own sounds.
