Love videos where people stand in their room and wave their arms around the whole time explaining shit to an inanimate object haha.
Good video though. The frustration was felt, and has been felt. It’s why I stay kinda away from sim racing. Not just the sims themselves, but the community. They take themselves and everything around them too seriously. Then to top it off they take everything personal and go to personal extremes to take you down, cancel you, or realistically anything you can think off.
Everyone thinks what Jason Jacoby is like is just so far outlandish, but there is a good portions of Jason’s out there. People who also criticize, and say what he is doing is bad, but then do similar things, like dox people, ruin people’s lives, ect. Not everything exactly like that but…. You know what I mean.
The internet would be a better place if everyone stopped making it so personal, and just stopped caring about what people say to a way less extreme degree. Unfortunately though some people only exist on the internet, so they can’t see the separation.
Anyway have a nice day. Good video again though.

Some of these track creators are freaking insane.

That's why I can't drive the point home hard enough, the guy that made most of the tracks I wanted to post 100% agreed with what I was doing, stood with me on my point and released them himself. He knew that the game is dying and there is zero reason to hold onto a notion that you need to kiss someone's ass for a game to have content.

Like a certain content creator made an la coliseum video with a track that seemed to be fun to play on despite not being accurate but didn't post a link.

Like, if it's hard to find I'd rather them publish the tracks publicly instead of falling to lost media.

@@dennisbowen452 That was exactly why I did what I did and threatened the community.

Really never thought that guy would be like that about his content getting used. Seemed like such a chill and laid back person but I guess not. You're 100 percent right it's about power on the internet. This toxicity is in a lot of game communities where nodding is big like BeamNG. For the most part it handles itself over there.
What's crazy to me is that the guys that made Backstretch Battles on ROBLOX took models from NR and the guys that made the models I think sued the backstretch Battles guys or at least threatened to. Fucking crazy it's a ROBLOX GAME BRUH.
(P.S. Thanks for the meantion didn't expect that)

Even though he whole ass never made a dime from his models, he only ever made money from the site and site traffic for the downloads of his mods. I remember hearing about that and laughed.
