I am so happy when I see a new sleep video. I check literally every night. I love how this one is back to roots of more how they were at the start . Yes I have been here since start lol
Some people just react differently. For me certain sounds/triggers are horrible - like when people brush on feathers - but most are soothing. Have you tried different kinds?
@ I guess I don’t know the kinds. My favorite sleep inducer is lightly touching/ tickling my arm and hand but he won’t do it. It puts me in a trance and can sleep easily.
Start with what you hope ASMR will help you with. Then remember that anger/irritation are just very high levels of anxiety, it is unhelpful that we have chosen to label them as a separate emotion as it makes it harder to make sense of. Then keep in mind that anxiety is a sign we are thinking about the future, making a predication that a problem may occur, for example "I will never get the help I need for this problem". I hope that this at least sets you on the path to work this out my friend, sweet dreams xx
@@jessieinthewest there is a wide variety including wet/dry, soft spoken/whisper/no talking, different scenarios like roleplay or personal attention (I think that might be for you). Specially maybe look up face brushing? That might be somewhat similar to your irl sleep inducer. Makeup roleplays are some of my favorite. Ear cleanings can be great too but are hit or miss if it's too intense.

@@RebeccaEWebberyes, I find softly spoken videos and/or guided meditation. ie a train ride meditation quieten my restless monkey brain 🌹
