    This video is quite deceiving. You are talking about the marketing of the Nira, not the actual effectiveness of the device. You also mention that a treatment would take "a couple of hours" to treat the entire face. This is nonsense. Maybe, just maybe, you should run some actual tests, as that is what we need to see.

    • @Dr_Abs
      @Dr_Abs  10 месяцев назад +4

      Effectiveness comes from the metrics of energy transmission which was shown. Its not nonsense to take a couple of hours when you consider the energy transfer as a function of time. The testing has been done and the metrics have been published - they were shown in the video.

    I watched this (while using my Nira :/) and agree with a lot of what you say, but I also noticed your video kept showing the "Dermalux" kind of like an advertisement. Therefore, I am wondering if you are connected with this company? If you are the creator of the Dermalux? Are you paid by the company? Although the answer to the questions is not an issue, it makes me wonder if your opinion could be biased. I would like to hear why you say the Dermalux is truly a better product and why. You brought up some very good comments regarding honesty in the advertisement of products and their honesty. I have often looked at the before and after pictures and noticed the same things.

    I have used Nira Pro for 3 months and it provided great results. I treat the entire face and it takes at most 5 minutes. I'm 52, and my skin made an observable recovery during this time. Nira is very effective, and delivers what is promises. It reduced (though not removed fine lines around the eyers), greatly reduced dark circles around the eyes, but most importantly the whole face is firmer, brighter, and more youthful. My husband noticed the difference not knowing that I was doing it. People may have different results based on the skin type and age, but mine were excellent.

      I couldn't agree more. I attended a seminar where all they did was cite scientific studies about how we convince ourselves that someone/something has value. And there are studies that show that the more we spend on them (in this case a meal, a product), the more we tend to tout its benefits. Kind of talking ourselves into making a $ purchase. I have the Nira pro and have used it 5-6 days a week for at least 6 months, with no noticeable improvement. I don't know if every part of Dr Abs review is accurate, but I appreciate the breakdown of all the marketing bill of goods is crammed down our throat on a regular basis. BTW, I have a much older device "Palovia" which I believe is a similar concept. I started by using it on one side of face and Nira on the other but got lazy about it. Palovia in my opinion is more effective but it also creates some redness, swelling, even tiny little scabs at times. So maybe that's MY placebo saying, well it must be working. Curious if anyone else is familiar with it?

      Facts are still facts whether they've been used or not. Does using this change the fact that it's power output is 90J/cm2 over a month? Does using one then change the biology of our skin such that 90J/cm2 in a month gives more photobiomodulatory change than 40 in 30 mins? In medicine if we had to do everything we spoke about we'd never speak. That's why we can use hard facts to make conclusions - using a device doesnt change the factual metrics that are directly correlational to the quantity of biological change.

    Hi Doctor, I love your channel. I will like to say with all do respect, you keep promoting Derma lux and it looks like a great product, but unfortunately most of us don't have $2,500.00 Dollars, if you could give us the name of 2 or 3 different affordable ones, that will be very helpful for your followers or any other people, specially now days not everyone has that amount of money for just one item. Thank you. Like always love your channel.

      Thanks for the feedback, I know the problem that me mentioning the same product causes unfortunatley. This is why I use numbers - there's no opinion if one number is higher than another. I'd recommend Intofaces.com as the alternative. I'll be doing a video on it soon :)

    I would prefer you bought it with your own money and then reviewed it before making a review reviewing the product😂 and not you as a doctor in the UK fear, mongering, the FDA worry about your own government babes. Edited to say he is comparing two completely different technologies, one of which he has not tried himself, and he does not understand the difference between FDA approval and clearance, which is ironic because he claims to be an expert on the FDA. 😂 the company is promoting falsely advertises itself as FDA approved. They are not and this is a violation of US law, and the FDA itself.

      Whether it's bought here or there, the facts on the website are still the same which is what I'm explaining

      Making an objective comparison of numbers is not promoting. I don't need to try two cars with different top speeds to find out which is quicker - that's why I'm reviewing objective facts. If people would like a subjective review instead there are plenty of those out there.
