Great flying Mike! Man the little N Vapor is so much fun to fly indoors in a tight space. I have to put mine in high alpha and keep it there to fly it in our living room, but it is really fun. I'm so used to using rudder in that instance with other planes that I moved my rudder control on the NV to my left gimbal. I kept screwing up with it on the right one with the ailerons, lol.
I had the same problem wanting to add rudder so I mixed the ailerons with the rudder. I was indoor flying with a group of guys earlier this week and we had 6 Vapors in the air at one time. We're going to fly indoors again next week and we're hoping to get 10 in the air together. I might try and get a little video of it.
I had the pleasure of flying one of these years ago in a very small parking lot in my neighborhood on a non windy day that belong to a friend of me and my uncle who use to fly with us my uncle bought it for him as a Christmas gift but before he gift wrapped it he decided to give it a test flight to see if everything was working and had me then test it to see how maneuverable it was too?Thankfully me or him didn't crash it😂😂😂 Awesome job on the flight Michael👍👍😎😎👍👍
Thank you! I had it out a while back on a rare calm winter evening and was flying around the Christmas lights hanging on the bushes in front of my house. Fun!
You really got some flying skills! Can I ask what battery you are using? I just ordered this bird with 4 180 mAh batteries, but I'm afraid I bought the wrong ones. 150 mAh is better I heard.
Thank you for your kind words! I was using an E-flite 1s 150mAh 45c pack for that flight. Unless you are trying to fly in a much smaller area than I was you should be fine.
Very nice! What battery do you use? Mine doesn’t fly that well out of the safe mode…wondering if it the battery placement? Any recommendations on the setup.
Thanks Mark. I am using the E-flite 1s 150mAh 45c lipo battery. I have the battery just in front of the receiver brick. With the CG back a little it will high alpha and hover a little better.
The UMX Night Vapor does not need an expensive transmitter to function. It is actually available in a RTF version and includes a basic inexpensive transmitter. I bought the BNF version and bound it to my NX7e as I already have multiple transmitters and didn’t need another.
Great flight, indoors!!! Smooth landing, too! 👍
I want one, NOW!!! 😁
Thanks Randy! Yes you definitely should get one.
Excellent flying! Loved the smooth low 'n slow, table touch 'n gos, tailslides, and especially the spot-landing at the end! 😎
The UMX Night Vapor is the perfect remedy for the winter blues.
Fun bit of flying. Those Vapors are perfect for tight, indoors areas.
It's amazing something so simple can be so much fun.

Looks like a fun little plane
I really is a lot of fun for something so simple.
Only you could fly in a lunchroom. Awesome. I have this one its a fun one to practice skills with. Thanks for the fun. Now go get sweaty.
I had to try it. I was really surprised I could loop it with the low ceilings.

What...no mandatory 4-point roll? Come on man! 🤣
I know, right! Believe me if I could figure it out I'd have done one.
Right on Cline 🤠👍
Thanks Archie!

Thanks, I’ll give that a try.
Hi are to trimming the elevator to get it to slow down/ hover or just using the sticks?
I’m just using the sticks.
Is there cheaper alternatives to similar rc planes ?
What's that stunt plane on the right at 2:40? I word the question hesitantly to you.... Cause every plane is a stunt plane to your thumb and fingers 🤠
The stunt plane is the E-flite UMX YAK 54 3D. Unfortunately it has been discontinued is no longer available.

Kind of wild these are so cheap and need an Expensive controller to function.

Bro, please tell me that you fly this plane in your living room at home.
Shhhh! Only when Kim is out running errands. ;)
