What an elegant intelligence he had. It always went through everything he did. Lovely.

Bowie had it all: Talent, charm, beauty, intelligence, charisma, humour, elegance and an effortless cool style. What an empty grey world it is without his magick, glamour and creativity.

There is only ever going to be the one "David Bowie" isn't there? No one like him will ever exist again.

"If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breathe a word about your loss...". Unforgettable genius artist and performer😢.

And to be fair, his work in the 90s did start it all over again with a new attitude - some underrated gems from him in the 90s!

Nice video. Just a bit sad that the stereo sound goes side by side.

Yes, it's too separated. The worse part is that it's reversed! We can see that the interviewer is on the left and Bowie on the right, but the sound is the opposite

Which is very unpleasant. Especially if you use earphones.

Love him, but at this time he was a bit lost and lazy. A producer offered him a nice money time deal...His speach here happily changed with the last part of his career. And Reeves Gabrels from Tin Machine told him you have to get back on track with your work, your creativity on a no commercial side...

No, here he was already on right Path. It was by The End of The Glass Spider that he felt empty creatively. Tin Machine was his 'back to The drawing board'. Very risky but it played off. His 90s were phenomenal.
Kudos to Reeves Gabrels, he saved our man
